Avana is the best Apartment complex of its type that I saw in PBG. The staff are amazing (especially Noreen and Mavudi) and the community is very kept and very nice. It's quiet and feels like a park. Have loved living here so far.

Living here is perfect because I’m able to walk to to my doctors.The shopping is 10 minutes away. The hospital is right around the corner in case of emergency. It is also very quiet and the traffic is usually none existent.(except at 8am) Plus it is very pretty place to live.

I’ve lived here for two years and due to Covid I’ve over paid for this apartment. It’s definitely old but The maintenance workers are great. The leasing office on the other hand is awful. They make you feel like a burden. I’ve never seen rodents or bugs in the apartment but there are homeless people hanging out in the swimming pool, homeless people walking around the complex and again.. nasty people in the leasing office doing nothing to help

This place is roach infested, most likely mold infested, everything is old including the AC/plumbing so you’ll have to submit a service request every week. The leasing office is mostly rude and not empathetic to any situation you’re having including a roach infestation or third party companies getting a key to your apartment. Don’t move here

If you don’t like slithering residents avoid a first floor unit. Management was accommodating in helping me get a second floor unit after finding not one but two snakes in unit but still charged me the inflated rent price after my rent had just been increased. If you can deal with Palmetto bugs that rear their ugly faces when the trees are overgrown then a second floor unit works well. It is centrally located, good amenities and the maintenance team were pleasant to deal with.

I don’t live here yet, so might update the review when I move in, but I had an extensive tour and saw my future apartment from the outside. The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. I probably called close to six times with questions and they were super friendly and helpful every time. The grounds are GORGEOUS, with lots of greenery and beautiful trees and ponds. The pictures really don’t do it justice. Most of the units are renovated now, and are absolutely lovely on their interior. Saw a maintenance problem arise during my tour and it was handled swiftly and professionally. Very excited for me and my dog to call this home next month.

Hope you like roaches! Management acts like buildings are brand new however they are ancient. You can hear your neighbors through the walls and house your roaches during the day.

The apartment have major problems with cockroach bugs and rats. Management plays lip service but is not good and does not fix.

I have been living here for 3 years and love it. Office and maintenance staff go above and beyond each time I need assistance. The amenities are awesome- pool always clean, grills always have propane, two gyms, and staff regularly does little events to show appreciation towards residents like taco night or breakfast (really yummy). Pet friendly with 2 dog parks my 4 legged son has made great friends and so have I. Security is great, officer lives on property plus I always see PBG officers driving though. Best apartment I have lived in thus far.

Unfortunately there's much better available. My experience with this apt complex has not been great. I will definitely be leaving after my lease is up. My biggest complaint is that this is a management group that has no problem making mistakes with zero recourse but if you make a mistake, such as paying the rent one day late after being perfect each month, they will not slide on an unjustified $100 late fee. I've lived all over the country and I've never dealt with people that are so unwilling to work with their tenants. The first month I moved in, I had a friends car stolen right from in front of my apt, so the neighborhood isn't that great also. Buyer beware

I am sorry you feel this way about our customer service, unfortunately if you are past the grace period for rental payment there is a late fee applied. It was discussed with you upon move in what the grace period is and the late fee. We do work with our residents on anything we can to ensure everyone is happy in the community. We do our best to communicate any issues on the community, The car you are speaking of happened when Palm Beach gardens was hit overall. It was not just Gardens East. We did speak with the PBGPD immediately, had additional patrols on the community and emailed all the residents to make everyone aware. Unfortunately crime has no address, however we do continue to do our best to detour it on our community through open communication with the local police and resident communication. We are a very established community with quite a few long term residents and resident referrals
The staff her is very helpful and patient with completing work orders. I have never had to wait for service to be provided. The grounds are always clean as well .

My family and I have lived at Gardens East for over four years, and I love everything about this community. My neighbors are awesome, the community is truly pet friendly with a dog park where you and your furbabies can make friends but most of all the staff rocks! The administrative, management and maintenance team take all issues seriously, everything is addressed in a timely fashion. I've never had to make a repeat call for any of my maintenance requests. There's plenty of parking available and the community is close to shopping malls, restaurants, movies and schools. If you make the decision to live here, you won't be disappointed.
