Property Ratings at Gardens At Country Club
I wasn't completely happy with my move-in experience. There were a few things wrong with the apartment, that should have been fixed and ready before I moved in. For instance, the thermostat was dated and not working. The air conditioner unit wasn't working and had to be repaired. The kitchen faucet had a constant drip and the cold water knob in the bathroom leaked. As the sink is being used and drained, there's a certain point, water backs up in the dishwasher. The dishwasher has to be turned onto drain the water. If not it leaks over onto the floor. I feel a apartment should have a complete inspection to make sure everything is working properly before moving a new tenant in.

A lot of amenities on the facility. Very clean and welcoming to dog parents being that there is 3 bark parks. There are also multiple pools on the facility which is perfect when it gets hot outside. Issue are addressed promptly.

It's not too bad. Definitely better closer to the front of the complex. It's when you go to the back on the complex it starts looking rough.

Needs better quality for the price shouldn't be this expensive. Ac keeps cutting off. They never replaced my carpet. Gets extremely hot upstairs. Bugs on the inside but we pay for pest control monthly

The size of the apartment is adequate, but I don't care for the roaches. I'm just being completely honest. I realize that this is a apartment complex and you can't control what your neighbors do. I lived in a apartment complex for 12 years prior to moving here and never had a issue with bugs. The only reason for the move from there to here was the ungodly amount of rent that was being asked for. I love the apartment, but just not the bugs.

Wish they care of things when I put in a request and keep an eye on people with dogs cause they don’t pick up the dog poop and neighbors should respect other neighbors parking spot and not let them walk far away cause they can’t park by they apartment

I love living here. Neighbors are friendly and leasing staff is awesome. They’re always available to answer questions you may have. They take time out to listen and show great concern for the well being of their residents. If there’s an emergency they’re right there to fix the problem . I don’t have to wait for long periods of time. Awesome team!!

Terrible..neighbors are loud, neighbors let dogs poop in walkway. Parking is horrible. Neighbors car has been broken down since they moved in taking up 3 parking spots when I was told only working vehicles allowed. Fees are ridiculous

Great place to live! I have had zero issues here. Great neighborhood and great neighbors. Only thing I wish that would be updated is some of the gym equipment, but other than that everything has been wonderful!

Great community with awesome amenities. Grow up here and they have definitely made nice improvements and accommodations. Neighbors are friendly and/or keep to themselves. On site security is a plus.

Decent place to live...màitenene does an excellent job. The trash is an ongoing problem. The office staff very rarely answers the phone so you always have to walk up there

We transferred to one of the townhouses I love that we have more space. I wish they would have put more effort into fixing the place before moving us in. Especially the floors downstairs they were stained and ripped in some places when we moved in. I really hate that because they look really bad.

I am highly frustrated with management and their lack of communication. The water was turned off multiple times with no notice and at one point stayed off for quite a while. I have called management a few times with questions and left messages and no one calls you back. Complaints go unnoticed. It is also entirely possible that someone from either management or maintenance entered my apartment without notice and with no service request. I called the office to ask and still have not received a call back.

I really love seeing the neighbors play volleyball and tennis ???????? everyone is so nice and my home is beautiful. My children had no problem making friends and they enjoyed the scavenger hunt

I love my 3 bedrooms. Town home it is very spacious, my neighbors are very friendly and the staff in the office are a great group of people who work for you. I especially enjoy my patio and being able to park in front of. my Unit. I have lived her for several years. I only. Wished I could. have carpet. In the living room.

We had a great time living in our unit in Garden Country Club. The apartment was spacious and well maintained, felt comfortable and safe. Also, apartment is very accessible to different establishments especially grocery stores, medical facilities and shopping centers.

so far so good. do wish it was a little more disabled friendly, but we work with what we have. Staff is nice and friendly. love that there's multiple pools and 2 playgrounds. second one should also get a swing set.

Look for somewhere else to stay. The apartments are old molded, not well maintained. We have had nothing but issues. They moved us to a different apartment and this one also has a lot of mold and the ceiling is about to collapse we have reported all issues nothing gets fixed.

Overall living at Gardens At Country Club has been nice, quiet and very peaceful. Neighbors are friendly, never any issues on my side of the property and I absolutely enjoy the scenery, watching the birds and all of the greenery around the grounds.

My review of this apartment community is good. Things are going well. A few repairs are needed but will be taken care of in time. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quite, haven't heard any loud noises as of yet. Waiting to see what Spring will bring. Looking forward to planting some flowers out front for beautification and enjoyment.

I do enjoy my quiet community but, the water every month being turned off for repairs is an inconvenience. Also, using the online portal to request repairs isn’t working for me when I never get a response and I have to go into the office to request repairs.

Love it hear great place to raise kids great pools and people and the office is open and everyone there is very kind the application process was super easy

I love the townhome apartment I lease. It was a really easy process to apply for it and the leasing agent was really helpful! Also the area is pretty good I have everything I need around the corner.

Move in was smooth. I noticed some flaws after moving in but I’m still waiting for some things to be fixed and replaced. It’s now Wednesday and I still haven’t received work done on anything I requested. I’m hopeful that I won’t be waiting long.

my experience was alright few things that could’ve been better over all for my first experience but for the most part all the major things were taken care of and the leasing management was very helpful during the entire process

Maintenance requests are taking way too long to complete. I had to wait some days to get a mailbox key because the one given to me didn't work. Now I'm waiting on a key for my back door. I was told one key was for both the front and the back, which is untrue. On the plus side, the apartment is very spacious.

Good experience. Responded quickly when we had a maintenance issue in the first couple of days of moving in. Our leasing agent is kind and helpful.

I have lived here for 3 1/2 months and love my apartment. I can't wait until it warms up so I can work on my patio. My cats love the morning sun through the patio door. They nap and play there frequently. I have recommended the complex to several friends and hope they will decide to choose living here. I greatly enjoy my place and think they would have a similar experience

It’s quiet during the days but a night I hear them through my walls but other than that it’s ok I don’t really have conversation with them just keep to myself

Love the area everyone seems polite an respectful of each other I’m glad I chose to Move here the apartments are spacious very kid & pet friendly I really don’t see how you could have any issues living in this community

It’s 50/50. Maintenance took about a month with my request. All the outlets and any screws are all painted over. Staff seems friendly. They don’t pick up the phone it’s just an automated system.
