Property Ratings at Garden Oaks Apartments
Garden oak is my first appartment that get the closest parking. I'm a single mom stay for 1 year, I never have hard time for parking that one thing I love about it. Other than that it very clean out side and inside plus it have a very beautiful garden space for the community have activity outside. The maintained service is very satisfied, if you have emergency need fix, they come quickly and make sure it get to fix right always for you. My kids and I miss this appartment so much, if in the future I get to live appartment again I will definitely return back to Garden oak appartment.
I have lived at Garden Oaks since 1996 (29 years)! A beautiful complex setting in a wooded setting! Garden Oaks truly cares for their tenants! I just signed another new lease! Thank you Garden Oaks!
I have lived here for a year and a half. It started out a great place with responsive management but has gone down hill quickly the last 6 months. A lot of very nice renovations are being made, however we get 24 hours or less of notice when workers will be entering our units. I have been attempting to contact management for a month with no response, and honestly am not sure we even currently have a property manager. Packages are stolen constantly from the mail area if you let it sit there for even an hour (management does not care), and my mailbox has been broken into once recently. I can imagine if I didn't have a garage, my car would be broken into as well. Giving it two stars because the property is decently maintained and it is mostly quiet. There are many kids on the property, and you hardly ever hear them. Tenants are respectful for the most part.
Trying to get rid of old rent ppl to get new ppl To pay more services is very bad no manger all the time and recent ppl so mean too the tenants No privacy in the Appartment at all And recently they asking ppl to pay all the utilities gas, electric , water and sewer You too much for nothing
I lived at Garden Oaks for 4 years. In that time, I rented a one bedroom and then a two bedroom. The buildings are well maintained, the courtyard is BEAUTIFUL, and the pool/party room are a phenomenal feature for hosting guests or parties. I never had any issues with the management but then again; I paid my rent on time, followed the rules, and respected the other renters and the property. All in all, it was the best apartment complex I’ve rented from. I would recommend it to my own friends and family.
The management there was .. well not great. I know they’re running a business but have some soft people skills. Learn to communicate effectively rather than attacking a person for asking questions.. the tenants pay rent and expect good service. Otherwise beautiful place to live
