Property Ratings at 1001 Francis Dr
I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences at Garden Court Apartments. I rented a 2 bedroom for a year while I was in grad school and I am so happy I chose to live here - it was quiet and clean. The neighborhood surrounding the complex looks a little shabby, however, I never felt unsafe. The complex is surrounded by a gate, which further ensures safety. I lived on the top floor and I loved the privacy the beautiful trees outside of each window provided. The premises of the complex in general are beautiful and well kept as well - especially the coy pond! Every encounter I had with Penny and Stan, the landlords, was positive. They are kind, considerate, fair and pleasant people to encounter. Any time I had a question, Penny would be VERY quick to respond. Rick, the groundskeeper/handyman, lives in the complex and therefore is nearby and quick to help if anything comes up. I was by myself and moving to a new area and Penny helped make me feel comfortable and welcomed, I can't thank her enough! The way I found out about this apartment was through my research on Google and I was reassured by the numerous positive reviews it had. Looking for them today and I wasn't able to find them - I just see several recent reviews instead. This is unfortunate because I found those previous reviews from way back very helpful during my searching. This location is solid too - close to bus lines, the mall area and the highway! Once my lease was over I moved to another city to be with my significant other but I appreciate the quiet, safe, beautiful and comfortable environment I had at Garden Court while going through stressful grad school!
