Galleria Park Apartments

I have been living here for over 2 years and I am still enjoying it. The staff is so nice. It's a nice neighborhood. For the most part the neighbors are nice and respectful. I highly recommend living here.

Things are getting better overall as a property. Office / Maintenance staff going beyond to make sure residents are heard and seen. Per residents are adhering to request of management.

My overall experience as a resident has been positive. The community is safe and well-maintained, and communication with management has generally been efficient and respectful. Maintenance requests are usually handled in a timely manner, and common areas are kept clean. One area I believe could be improved is the availability of parking and noise control during weekends. Despite that, I feel comfortable and valued here, and I appreciate the sense of community.

So far the community has been great. The rentals office staff have provided great service. Requests are completed in a timely fashion and the community grounds are well maintained.

Wonderful community! Love the atmosphere and the people! Great neighborhood to live in....I would definitely give it 5 stars. Come check them out!

For the most part things have been alright. The unit does feel like it's falling apart though. The cabinets are made from this partical board material that does poorly with water (They were installed in placed where they are in CONSTANT contact with water). The door knobs are all broken or almost broken. The laundry room has no ventilation so it just gets moist in there (I have to buy products to keep the "moist smell" out). The wasps, spiders,and cat poop littering the hallways are also not great. We'd also like to know when the pool is open. There have been plenty hot days and yet no notice has been sent letting us know when the pool will be open. THE CHILDREN'S PARK IS A HEALTH HAZARD. THERE ARE BROKEN AND RUSTY PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT. The dog park is also LITTERED WITH DOG POOP. We pay for the amenities that we can't even use. Other than that, the neighbors, maintenence men,and management staff are very nice.

It was a very smooth transition. Employees were vey commutative throughout the process. They answered any questions i had before and during moving in

If you are looking for a great location that is in proximity to everything. Warner Robbins has to offer then this is the place for you. The staff is friendly, and the apartments are spacious. Attention to detail when cleaning the property could be better

The community has been amazing. Such a pleasure living here. The office staff and neighbors have been wonderful. The property is maintained properly. No complaints from me. I wish I found this community sooner.

I truly love this community, it's very quiet neighborhood but it's full of kind people who are willing to help you with anything you need. The staff is very helpful as well. I don't have anything bad to say about Galleria Park.

I am pleasantly comfortable here. The maintenance is on point with repairs and the office staff are quick to reply to my questions and concerns.

Older building but great staff and everything is well taken care of. Maintenance prompt and does great work. Overall a fantastic choice and a great place to live.

My experience has been relaxing, comfortable, and easy. I really enjoy the apartment and the surroundings. Pet friendly is a huge plus as I can enjoy my time with my fur babies as well. Clean place, lots of parking, and a huge plus to have laundry hook up in my apartment.

A nice complex to live in. I have been here for almost two years. It’s very clean. The office staff is pleasant and the maintenance staff is quick to do the repairs.

I sn a divorced mom of 3 , and I have been here for 4 1/2 years. I love the property, amenities are great and location is perfect Well lit at night and responsive maintenance workers.

Soon as I came here I knew this was the one. Move in was easy, apartments great and still in shock at how nice they are. We will probably be staying here more than two years.

Very comfortable nice neighbors are nice property is very well kept. I have moved here from a different state and I love it. The management is very helpful. They keep the property very clean my apartment no issues if it is an issue they are right on it with no problem..

I'm still enjoying my stay here! I'm hoping to be able to buy a house next year, but staying here in the meantime has been great! I can't imagine staying at any other apartments.

My experience is great!! The community is awesome so far, I lived here for 1 month so I have to experience some more. Everything is convenient for me and my kids.

The apartment complex is centrally located and a short walking distance to the mall, Walmart and most eateries on Watson Blvd. Overall, the complex is safe and neat, staffs are friendly. I believe more can be done in each unit, for better resident experience

I love where I stay and I love my apartment managers and the maintenance guys are the best . No complaints ?? I talk to them like we family members

The staff was very present and welcoming. The move in process was very smooth and simple. The day of move in all I had to do was pick up my keys.

I love it here! The staff is always helpful, maintenance is very friendly, and on top of things. They have different events on site for the residents. This is a nice place to live.

the apartment is really spacious and nice! just wish we had stainless steel appliances. the neighbors are quiet, the buildings are clean, and love how dog friendly it is.

Everyone is very friendly, I love the monthly events! It's clean, quiet, and well maintained! Living here has been very nice. We were worried about it being an apartment, but it's been pretty peaceful. We only get occasional noise from our upstairs neighbor.

I've only been here for almost a month and I can say I really LOVE it here! The management staff are very nice, organized, and prompt with requests. Maintenance works so hard to fulfill all requests as quickly as possible. They fixed all issues I had quickly, they were very polite too!

I love how involved the office is. They create these events to bring everyone together or acknowledge the pets and residents. They have worked with us and helped us with so many things.

It great so far everyone is so nice, but there are a lot of cats running under the cars and it’s not very safe for them but over all it’s really good so far

i definitely love the environment of galleria park , it's very quiet and friendly here . so far i love it here . my neighbors are all cool people and seem sweet.

Overall a good experience. Wish we could do away with the stray cats. Maintenance always on point. Office staff is good. I have referred someone to live here and would refer again.

I've enjoyed my stay here, it's comfortable and the staff are amazing! They set up events for the community and take care of needs ASAP! It's an amazing place to stay!

So far my living experience been great, very quiet and friendly and they’re very informative about things going on with fixing things, that’s a big plus!

The apartment and the yard are beautiful, Quiet, and Clean. It is Close to everything. Staff is kind and they get back to you quickly. This is a great place to live.

I rated it a 3 because of the issues we had due to the neighbors. Maintenance has been good and they let you know everything that they would need to do.

The pool has been great so far this summer! Got to start enjoying it more often. The exercise room has been calling my name too. The staff has been wonderful while answering my questions also.
