Love the community. It’s safe, clean and maintenance staff are speedy on request. The community is conveniently located to downtown, west midtown and Buckhead.
My experience here so far is 10 stars. My unit is superior. Alexis and Uniq have been beyond awesome. This place gets a 5 star living rate. It’s quite, beautiful, amazing, best location, and Vinings is the best place for your money
Been living here about 6 months, and I honestly have no complaints. I love it!! The location is perfect and it’s relatively quiet. Maintenance is SUPER fast and efficient!
Great place to live! Inside and outside is always very clean and maintained. Not to mention the apartments are stunning on the inside. I’m highly impressed with the work the staff puts into a well kept place to live. This isn’t your typical apartment complex.

I love this residence. Apartments are full of light, amenities like a resort hotel. Neighborhood is peaceful at night and being at 5 minutes walk to vining jubilee is a plus
I have lived in the complex since late 2021 and it has been a great experience. The amenities are outstanding and are far better than most communities I have visited. I work from home and have many spaces outside of unit to consider. The leasing office staff is great and I decided to renew my lease partly because of them.

Nicely updated, spacious apartments with fantastic amenities. Walking distance to so much in vinings. Only negative would be the fact that you can occasionally hear your upstairs neighbor walk around.
Enjoy living here, amenities could be updated, the iPads and tvs don’t work on rooftop/can’t control them. Maintenance is amazing! Management is nice
I love living here. The moment I toured it I knew I had to sign a lease. It’s quiet, safe and luxurious. Highly recommend. Alexis is great in the leasing office.
From move in to the last 3 weeks has been nothing but amazing. Still enjoying the mini resort feel. All the staff are friendly, the best place I’ve stayed so far.

I moved in two months ago and my experience has been great. Great neighborhood, there’s a farmers market every Thursday, leasing office is great, and the apartment complex itself is amazing.

The move in was very smooth besides our walk from the service elevator to our apartment. It would have been better if someone went over where things were prior to us moving in.
I lived here alone for 11 months and then me and my boyfriend decided to move in together. We searched through smyrna but no other community compares. The finished inside the apartments and the amenity’s top any other community around here.
The new staff seems great, they’re starting to do more events! Like pool parties and bagels/coffee available for residents. Keep it up! Love the enthusiasm

This community is great and very beautiful. The maintenance is so helpful. Jimena is my doggy Mila and I's favorite. The only down fall is that the amenities close super early. Even during the summer time.
The process moving in was so easy and everyone was so helpful. The amenities here are top-tier and you can tell everything is kept up very well. The views from the rooftop and our patio is beautiful. Absolutely love living here!
Our experience at Gables Vinings Village has been most enjoyable. My wife and I often joke how it is comparable to living at a resort. The property is beautiful, the amenities are great, the leasing professionals are very accommodating and the maintenance team is outstanding.
People are very loud, especially outside of the leasing office, at all hours of the day/night. People still park where they're not supposed to and nothing is done. People sneak after hours and move in through the front of the building, blocking the area outside of the leasing office from being accessed. Rent is way too high for what you get. The best part about this place is the maintenance team who is always responsive, quick, and effective. Maybe they should run the leasing office.
So far, this apartment has been very peaceful and nice. The apartment was very clean and welcoming. Some things I don’t like is how we are mandated to pay for Direct TV and their own Internet, this is troubling especially since I don’t watch a lot of TV and would have rather used another internet provider. The trash valet is also a bit annoying since we must use the supplied black plastic trash.
Nice place to live. Service requests are done promptly. It can be loud, easily hear neighbors and upstairs apt walking around. Seems like there’s a lot of turnover with management but the new staff is great
I love living here. The security makes me feel safe and the amenities are nice. However, I live close to the service elevator and a lot of the time, it is “in use” so other residents are unable to use it for the day.
A great place to live! Clean and safe building, quiet, and friendly neighbors. I thought I’d be moved by now but I love it so much I’ve decided to stay for another year.
When I first moved here in 2021 this was a nice community quite and very well kept, but as of the last year it’s been none stop noise, the smell of weed, trash all over the property and parking garage and the main office could care less as they have not evicted the people causing the issues.
I think the apartment building and my individual apartment is really lovely. The maintenance team are terrific and our current leasing team of Billy and Alexis are doing their best to get everyone to follow the rules we have so that everyone can enjoy the apartment that they pay a lot of money for each month. To be honest, I’m shocked at the amount of people who don’t pick up after their dog, who leave trash all over the property like the garage, who smoke even though this is a 100% NON-smoking property, who don’t follow the guidelines for trash pickup and who drag their dried Christmas tree through the hallways leaving a trail of needles and who obviously think it is someone else’s job to clean up after them! Have some respect people!
Just moved in and having a great experience so far. The amenities are nice and the common space and hallways are super clean! Management is hard to get in touch with and communicate with but other than that it’s been good.
Apartment is nice but if you live below someone than it’s very loud! Gables has a “courtesy” officer who never answers … so if you have a loud neighbor there’s really nothing they can do.
Move in was very easy and the leasing team was very friendly and helpful. The units are very nice and modern! There are a lot of nice amenities to take advantage of and the location is great!
We recently moved in, and we could not be happier. Alexis from the leasing office is the sweetest person. She was extremely helpful and patient during the application process. She goes above and beyond in so many ways. I enjoy all the amenities the building. The location is perfect. You can literally walk to Publix, and you have everything you could think of within a short drive. The layout of the apartments are amazing . I love the open kitchen for cooking, and having the washer/dryer is just so convenient. The best thing about this place is the floor to ceiling windows. We have a 3 bedroom so lots of windows. Only bad review are the walls seem to be very thin.
Love it here feel so safe and peaceful. The place is beautiful the apt are beautiful with great windows. The service and maintenance is fantastic . Very nice staff No complaints from me love how this place is pet friendly do not like how we have to pay rent for them should be a one time fee of 300$ Love the amenities and that everything is close
Very nice place to live. The packages being left outside the parcels and being stolen periodically is very frustrating. Contacting management can be difficult sometimes but management is very nice and accommodating. Maintenance requests are completed very fast. I wish we had a physical key to enter the building from the parking garage because my fob stopped working and I had to park outside the resident gate in the garage and climb a lot of flights of stairs. Overall really enjoy it here.
Nice apartment, I wish I came here earlier than this but I'm enjoying every bit of it now. I just hope they will have a full business center where people can print and and do other processing
It’s nice. And clean ! The walls are thin tho. But the views are nice. The maintenance ppl are cool but they changed front office staff every other day
Extremely secure & safe building. Amenities are awesome. I just wish the community was more kid friendly. There is no playground or even a play area. Residents tend to get upset when noises are heard from kids, but there’s no place for children to go & play. It’s also disappointing that even the smallest noises can be heard above you…. I can hear the tenants above me vacuuming. Otherwise, the property is very nice & very well kept!!

My husband and I have lived here since October 2021 and this has been a horrible experience. Although the amenities are nice, the walls and floors are paper thin. We live beneath someone that has constant running, jumping, stomping and waking in high heels at 2am going on. You even hear the toilet flush.This is a daily occurrence that goes on all day and wakes me up every single night. We have complained several times to the leasing office but we are told nothing can be done other then giving a noise violation. That does nothing!!! Our quality of living has been severely compromised and the rent is way too high for that. Do not move here!
