It’s been a great experience these last 4 years. I think the building is very quiet and respectful. Parking however can be a challenge. But there’s ample of parking available.
Gables Century Center has been a great community to reside in. The neighbors are nice, friendly, and the staff is helpful. Most of all the maintenance team is lightning fast when it comes to any problems you may encounter in your home. Overall the stay has been good.
I've been here for almost 4 years and the location is great for my job and everyday necessities. I like the additions of the the keyless entry and additional features in the home. Maintenance is great and quick to respond.
The facilities are nice, the apartments are nice, the maintenance staff is nice and on time, and the leasing office staff is nice and generally qualified. My one ongoing complaint is the amount of dog poop that the dog owners keep leaving behind. It's pretty disgusting to come back to the apartment with dog poop on your shoe because someone let their dog poop in the middle of the walkway. But given how responsive management has been, I suspect this will be fixed sooner rather than later.
Move in process has been smooth beautiful property and great amenities. Leasing agent Tito was very professional and answered any questions I had.
I really love the fact of the swimming pool , Internet cafe and the Gymn being available in this apartment complex. Very peaceful place to live in.
I've been living here since 2020. A few things have been updated over the few years I've lived here so that's nice. It's a safe community. I have not personally had any issues in terms of safety. The maintenance team is amazing and they are always on time. The leasing office does a good job in terms of communication. It's been a good experience so far!
No complaints. Apartment and community is nice and the workers here are super friendly and informative. Any maintenance request I’ve submitted was addressed quickly and done well so I was never unsatisfied!
Unprofessional staff who dont really care about residents. It takes days to hear back from them and walking into the office always feels like youre bothering them based on how they interact.
For the most part, I’ve had a great experience here. Minimal noise from neighbors, no issues with car parking or the garage or any of the community amenities. The hallways could be a bit cleaner, and there have been some transitional issues with the SmartHome technology, but I anticipate these will be addressed sometime soon. Otherwise, I’m quite happy with my apartment and living experience.
Love the apartment! It’s beautiful and well maintained and the facilities are great! Only complaint is the mail room, as we’ve had issues with packages going missing!
Management is greedy and apartments are way overpriced. We're paying "luxury" prices for unrenovated apartments and none of the so-called amenities are free. Maintenance is great and the property is well kept, but management is garbage. There's a new property manager every other month.
Great Office Team! Transfer was smooth and the locks helped with me scheduling installers. Love the SmartRent locks for home deliveries and maintenance requests.
Great place, great response from the maintenance team. The only issue is the gate is almost always having issues Despite that, place has been safe.
Maintenance is very prompt. Nice balconies. The light color of carpet is nice. Some units are upgraded, smatrent recently installed controls a couple of lights , thermostat and door lock.
Now that I’m officially moved in, it was all worth it. The property is great. People are kind here. I picked a really busy time to apply and move in. It was a little scary a week before moving in because it took awhile before my application was reviewed and accepted. However, it was all worth it in the end!
My stay has be great thus far.the community is very nice and the staff members are very welcoming. I also have to commend the maintenance group for their efforts to make sure things are fixed at a timely manner.
Easy and quick move-in with the help from Brandi & Tito. Thanks for your help in finding a place to call home in Atlanta. Residents have been friendly and easy going from what I have witnessed so far. Garage can be hazardous with tight to maneuver corners when several cars race around too quickly or in the wrong direction in the evenings. Wish the entry ways were a bit more spacious there. Maintenance team have been responsive in correcting any issues promptly too.
I have been living in this complex for 5 years now and Noise is the biggest issue of the property. Staff is generally friendly and location is great. Entrance gates are left open more often than before which creating security issue.
I have been here 5 years and have never had any serious issues. The staff in the office has always been kind to me and accommodating along with the maintenance crew and groundskeeper. Thank you!!!
Pros: I love how quiet it is most nights here. Sometimes, like tonight, I can easily forget that I’m in a metropolitan area. All I hear are the frogs and crickets. I also enjoy how walkable the area around the complex is. Also, maintenance requests are respond to very quickly. Although the apartments & appliances are older, they’re of good quality and so have aged well. Cons: People. Smoking foul-smelling marijuana. Letting their dogs roam unleashed. Sometimes leaving trash on the ground or driving the wrong way in the parking deck or parking in the path of traffic (instead of IN a parking space- of which there are plenty!). These are human problems. I guess they could occur anywhere there are relatively large numbers of people.
I really liked living here, it is quiet and I like being surrounded by trees and listening to nature. However, I think there are aspects to improve such as the cleanliness of the common areas, swimming pool and that the staff that picks up the garbage sometimes does it half-heartedly. I would recommend placing trash cans in the parking lots.
things are getting better. The smoke free policy was a blessing. My only gripe is the valet trash pick-up. They seem to come only when they feel like and the pick-up person is very finicky about what to pick up and what they wont
The maintenance team is awesome, they fix any issues I have in a reasonable time. The reason I am giving only 4 stars is because I see trash in the bushes constantly that is there for more than a week at a time. I feel the groundsperson needs to physically walk the property, not ride on the golf cart, to see the trash.

Gables is a nice place to live but the increase in rent for nothing other than "market price" is sad. They have a lovely gym, a beautiful pool and barbecue area. The walls in Gables are thin so I can hear my neighbours even when they flush. You can't complain about noise because it's not their fault. The elevators don't have a nice smell maybe because of pets, again, not their fault. I wouldn't call it a community (you barely know anyone) but it's a nice place to live.
As with all apartments, there are pros and cons. The pros are the convenience to the city and how quickly maintenance responds to issues, the apartments are much larger than many apartments in the surrounding area. The cons- people leave their trash all over the community, generally maintenance will clean it up, but it has gotten worse over the years.
Good apartment complex but rent increases are high. Great maintennance and service, no pests. Gates break every so often and sometimes is not secured. Lobby is clean and agents are helpful.
I been here 3 years now and I love it. Location is perfect 15 to 20 minutes from everything. Spacious floor plans. Bathroom big enough to put a bed inside I love my one bedroom apartment.
Absolutely love living here. The best area it’s close to everything. Maintenance and staff are on top of everything very quick and efficient
The location is great. A younger crowd has moved in that has increased the noise and some Marijuana smell. The leasing office staff has tried to implement things to curve the behavior. Hopefully this will decrease because it's a nice place to live
So far so good - no real major complaints. The apartments are nice and honestly they have everything needed. Not a huge fan of the carpet but that’s the least of my worries!
I've been in the community since the first of the year. I'm comfortable, feel safe and secure, and appreciate the quiet. I like the privacy. Service requests have been timely and efficiently managed and effectively resolved (there was a washer/dryer problem when I moved in).
I've been here for 2 years and it's been pretty good. Except for a few minor issues I enjoyed my apartment. No bugs or roaches thankfully! They keep the grounds clean.
Great community. Well taken care of. Quiet and away from the noise of busier streets. Friendly staff. Nice walkable neighborhood. Friendly residents when you see them. Amazing pool.
I’ve loved living here so far! My apartment is great! Rodney has been such a help whenever something is wrong he has someone in here next day with no problems! He also made the application process very smooth! I recommend this apartment to anyone who’s looking.
My overall experience here at the Gables has been Good. Upon moving-in I had some concerns do to some issues that weren’t taken care of in the unit before I arrived. I must say that both the management and maintenance team work fast and quickly got everything resolved. The staff is great, they really take care of their residents and for that I am grateful for them.
It's a really nice community. Valet trash is great and response to tenants is amazing. A beautiful place but the noise is so much, music from other apartments and so much other noise. A lot of times, the corridors are not clean.
Very nice apartments. Well maintained. Feels home-y. Nice amenities. Parking always available. Some VERY noisy neighbors though. Floors are thin.
Been here for a number of years. Pretty quiet community. Maintenance answers calls and makes repairs in a quick fashion. Unfortunately, people litter in the common areas, but management is pretty quick to clean up.
It’s been great! Maintenance is always prompt. It’s really quiet over here too! Love that! No drama! Tenants do trash the parking garage tho, hate that because they need to keep it nice!
My experience wasn't too bad. I think they should have a welcome packet to give to new resident with information about the trash service, the code to get into the pool and/or amenities, etc. I had to constantly email the CM at that time asking questions that should have been given at the time I picked up my keys
I've been living here for almost 3 years (I usually move after one year) but, I must say I have had no problems what so ever. I feel safe and I feel comfortable.
Been here since 2018... always felt safe and barely ever hear my neighbors! Couldn't ask for a better place to live! All of the staff is friendly, from the office managers to the maintenance crew!

Compliments - Great apartment - excellent location - Well maintained - maintenance responds quickly - Staff is generally friendly Challenges- - Fed ex packages stolen. Why not provide camera at central delivery location (even if it's just fake camera). I know you want to sell the lockers, but come on!!! - Gates to parking work inconsistently. It's a pain to shop around for entrance gate that works. - pot holes at gate entrances need to be repaired - wish there were more community building events
