Gables Alta Murrieta

My family loves it here at Gables. We have lived here for six years and I am so thankful for a beautiful home in a safe community. My kids say thank you for the cupcakes.

This is a great place to live. Staff is very friendly and very attentive to issues if they arise. Apartments are close to shopping and many great things to do in the area.

It has been a great experience living at gables alta Murrieta. We have had a great experience with all staff including maintenance. Anytime we write a request it is handled in a timely manner.

Excellent service, everything looks clean, safe. No complaints at all. We have been living here for over 4 years. The amenities are always available and well maintained. The management team is always polite and helpful. Any time we needed a service, it was taken care off the same day.

I enjoy living at Gables Alta Murrieta. The location is great, the staff is friendly and helpful, and we have all the amenities I enjoy. I do wish that we had the option of going to a month to month lease after fulfilling the first year lease. Other than that, I think it’s a good place to live.

We have lived here for 3 years and love it. It's in a great location, it's a peaceful community, the office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful, and neighbors are respectful. We just signed another 13 month lease!

It’s been great the 4 years we have been here. Our place is cozy and the vibe around the community is nice. Work order are complete in a timely manner and the amenities are nice.

My experience here has been amazing since I moved here in 2013 I have enjoyed the time I have been here. The people the staff and the ones who have come and gone. Time has flown by here from the Garage Sales to the food parties that the office has given. But for the 10 years I have been here I would not want to go somewhere else. Julie has been amazing and always attentive to our needs. I will miss this place once I buy my home.

Love it here! Easy to get into, amenities are amazing, and such a home vibe. Moving in was so east & everyone has been welcoming so far. It’s amazing!

These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others."

The maintenance team here is awesome! They’re very kind, helpful, respectful and responsive. It would be nice if the office staff answered the phone more frequently. Overall, I enjoy living here.

I have been enjoying living here. It’s always quite and everyone is really nice in the office and maintenance too. I have not had any issues while I have been living here.

I have only been here for a month and I absolutely love it. So calm and I already adore all of my neighbors. I am not too keen on the parking situation. But I know that due to the construction that could be the issue

I am extremely happy to call Alta Gables home. It’s such a beautiful complex and the leasing managers are really kind & proactive. I honestly love it here.

Gables alta provides prompt maintenance service whenever there is a problem on apartment utilities. All staffs in leasing office and maintenance team are very friendly and do not hesitate to resolve your issues

Maintenance staff is great but, when you move in there is about 10 hidden fees they do not tell you about until you sign the lease. Way too expensive for what you get. Things are always breaking.

Great peaceful complex! The staff is so friendly & welcoming. Any questions you may have, the office staff is very helpful! I love it here! Yet to mention, how conveniently close everything is.

Gables has always been making strong efforts to improve their community and their amenities! As my second apartment complex experience, this has been the best one I've ever had. And it's cool to see office staff so involved too!

Love it hear. It’s quite and peaceful and when ever there’s been an issue maintenance guys are amazing. Office lady’s are always helpful and address any issues or concerns right away.

Love this place, it’s quiet and has this feeling of being on vacation. I enjoy the amenities which include the pool, jacuzzi, and gym. Which by the way are always clean and kept in working order.

Sandy ,the manager, was super nice and informative. She made our move in fun, quick and easy! It definitely worth it to move to Alta. All the amenities are just bonuses!

We have lived here for over 4 years and it has been a great place to be with my family. There is always plenty of parking and anytime we have had a maintenance issue, it is taken care of promptly. I would definitely recommend this place as your next home, great, clean, quiet area.

I am enjoying my residence at Gables Alta Murrieta. My apartment is very spacious and inviting, I had an extensive checklist of must haves before selecting an apartment and that checklist was fulfilled here. Specifically... A clean and safe environment, washer and dryer in the apartment unit, a gated community,fireplace, a master bedroom able to contain a king size bed and still have room, stainless steel appliances, a gym, spacious bathrooms and hardwood flooring. Most of all I would like to thank Sandy who made my experience from touring to move in more than pleasant. The Gables at Alta Murrieta has definitely become my home. I am more than pleased with my selection of this property.

Its a very peaceful complex. The pool and gym are super stylish. The puppies are SO CUTE. Parking is typically available with a small walk to the apartment, but its worth the exercise.

This was the first place I checked out when I begin my apartment search right before the COVID pandemic Zero complaints and is the best place I've lived since moving back to California in 2008.

I enjoy the peace and quiet this community has to offer. Also, there is a neighborhood pond to go fishing from. The staff over here are lovely and accommodating.

Excellent service from the personnel in the office all the way down to the people who take care of the trash pick up service and we cannot forget to mention all of the nice hardworking handyman's that are always busy fixing our concerns around the complex. Thank you for being so kind to us residents!

Nice quiet community. Clean with a lot of amenities that actually work or available. Office staff and ancillary staff all very nice and accommodating.

I absolutely love it here. Maintenance and office staff are so friendly and fast. Pool area is kept nice always. My kids and I feel very safe .

It’s a great place to live! It’s a good location with everything nearby that you might need. I appreciate the staff and how friendly and caring they are. On the down side, rent keeps going up when the economy is not growing so it makes it difficult for people to keep up with the inflation of not only rent but energy and grocery costs. There have been a few bad seeds that effect our community and tie up the maintenance workers but I am still happy to live here!

I love Gables Alta Murrieta. Has been a great experience loving here. The maintenance crew is friendly and always very helpful. The community thus far has been quiet and calm and there is always parking which is awesome!

The location is nice and have nice amenities. It would get 5 stars but management does discriminate. If they actually had better management this place would get much higher rating. The maintenance guys are very professional and goes above and beyond.

I have been living here for a year and like 6 months and have loved it so far. Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful and every time I’ve needed something fixed or checked on in the apartment, maintenance has done their job.

It is a quiet complex and overall nice community, but dogs do bark all day. I also think it would be better if parking was available throughout the complex.

Sandy is amazing. The residents are very friendly. The amenities are nice. It’s perfectly located close to the freeway in my daughter’s school.

I have been a resident at Gables since 2019 I believe. So far my experience living here has been OK. It’s a very quiet community except on the weekends. The only bad thing I can really say was during the pandemic. The property was not kept up and my rent increases a large amount at renewal time. The ladies in the office are always nice. We also need better gym equipment

Community upkeep has always been good, I’ve been here for over 2 years. Maintenance is quick to fix a problem and the business office staff are which to answer and respond to any questions or concerns.
