Fusion used to be a nice place to live but it has deteriorated tremendously. The walkway to your apartment most of the times are filthy and major problems inside the apartment are not solved.

Bad experience ever, run go rent somewhere else unsafe neighborhood, apartment very dirty and infused with roaches and bedbugs, my nest step is to get the health the department involved.
I love the apartment & we you call for help someone come on the next day to fixed it, they all very nice people
To start off Fusion Apartments is amazing. The women that work in the office a very helpful, but the apartment does have its issues. Like how the maintenance team doesn’t put enough interest into their work. You kind of have to push them so you can get the work you need to be done.
Try to find a better option. If you want to spend your time trying to have maintenance fix whatever needs fixing. They are 2 of them and they are very polite and respectable people but they need help and the correct tools to get the job done. Fusion is cheap and they need workers in the office that will help. But the workers be on break most of the afternoon anytime after 10:30am there goes the sign that says will return at 2pm. You can hard find someone. Oh no one ever answers the phone if you are a resident because they just can’t be bothered to deal with us. I have lived here over a year and believe you me I have never called the phone and get to speak with someone. Don’t believe me:… try it out for yourself. Just call the office.
Community is quiet and no one bothers , somethings need be work on but that’s expected
I love living here, it is peaceful and quiet for the most part. It is in a great location from the things I do on a daily basis.
The staff at Fusion is what makes this community stand out. Our leasing agent Kayla was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to get us our place.

This apartment complex is the absolute WORSE. apartment complex i’ve ever lived in. they state that they have move in special where you receive a month free plus a 750 gift card. they took three months to give me gift card. THE DAY I MOVED IN I WAS GREETED WITH SEVERAL ROACHES. i told the apartment manager and they stated it was the people that occupied the apartment before me and the only thing they could do was have maintenance come and spray. i requested maintenance at least three times and they never showed up to spray. the neighborhood is very dirty. neighbors leave trash by their door and fusion won’t charge people however i left trash out one night and was charged 50 dollars for leaving trash on my porch for 10 minutes while i was cleaning my apartment. neighbors blast music the kids egg the apartments and the floors. they only have ONE trash bin in the entire complex which is why it’s always dirty because people just start throwing trash anywhere once the trash bin is full. neighbors blast music at all times of night and there’s nothing you can do about it. THEY HAVE TONS OF ROACHES I LITERALLY BOMBED MY APARTMENT AND STILL SEEN THEM AFTER BOMBING. AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST. it’s not worth it!
