We have only two-(2) bedroom apartments. The one bedroom apartments average about 700 square. It is an open floor plan and the kitchen overlooks the extended dining and living area. The bedroom is ample size as well as the bathroom. Fulton Mill is a fully subsidized section 8 senior/disabled of any age property. The rent is based on 30% of the gross annual adjusted income. Our income limits currently are $24,000 for a single person and $27,400 for two people. We are currently working with applicants on our waiting list.
