Fremont Commons

Fremont Commons likes to tout the complex as "elite" and "high end." Those claims are false. While the apartments in general are newer and nice, the complex management is filled with hypocritical idiots who will try to screw anyone who moves out with hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in fake, fraudulent fees and bills for alleged repairs or cleaning of units. This has been going on a long time now, 18 months or more, and seemed to increase when the complex was taken over by Pure Property Management. Many good, professional and responsible tenants who moved out were billed thousands of dollars in fake repairs months after they left - including me. There is also rampant illegal drug use, as well as illegal drug dealers throughout the complex - most are athletes at Midland University. If you have kids, stay away. The complex staff is also petty and breaks all the rules that tenants can be fined for - notably smoking on property. Maintenance staff regularly smoke on site, including in club house, and nothing is done. If a tenant is alleged to have smoked, it is a $750 fine. Terrible management and you will lose all deposits and face a terrible battle after they fradulently try to seek hundreds or thousands of dollars in repair bills.

My husband and I have been living here for about 4 months now. The Fremont Commons is a super nice apartment complex! The buildings are all locked with fob/code access which is nice. The walking trail in the middle of the apartment buildings is perfect to walk. The pool and clubhouse are nice to utilize. Whenever we've had any issues of something that needs fixed within our apartment, their staff is always quick to solve them. The only thing is that there is no elevator so moving in to the third floor was not the easiest thing in the world, but we made it + we do like living here!!

I enjoy my 2 bedroom, super cute. Staff are super friendly and easy to communicate with.

I’ve been here for 4 years. I love the amenities, I love the grounds, the walking trail, fitness room, the bar and the clubhouse and the people! I’ve tried it all and I use all the perks they have at Fremont commons! It’s a great community!

We have lived here since May and have really enjoyed our time here! Our apartment is perfect for our little family. We had two minor issues thus far one with our AC, and one with our closet, maintenance resolved the issues very efficiently! We also enjoy the pool and the bar! We spend a lot of time in the dog park with our two little dogs and really enjoy it! It’s the perfect place for a couple of college students!

This apartment complex is beautiful! Love my kitchen and how everything is new. Great price for luxury apartments! The staff was great the day we moved in and is quick to respond! Really enjoy living here!

I liked Fremont Commons, but the move out process ruined it for me. Access Property Management doesn’t follow the check list they give you. They charge more than what they say they will.

Great communication and easy to work with during the application and move in process. The apartment is exactly what is listed online. Beautiful, functional, secure. Setting up interenet and electric is the easiest I've ever done.

From the super helpful staff and great amenities that include a gym, pool, clubhouse, walking path, and more, to the beautiful brand new apartments, this is a great place to live! Coming from southern Georgia and not being sure about the winters, we opted to rent a garage along with our apartment. It’s spacious enough for our car and some storage. Plus it has a garage door opener. I love the safety of the locked doors and call box apartment entry as well. I highly recommend Fremont Commons if you need a place to call home!

Freeman Commons are excellent apartments to Live in from friendly neighbors to amazing staff and great amenities.

The place is very updated with appliances and look. The staff is really nice and helpful. They are pet friendly with a dog park and have a really nice clubhouse and pool!

The apartment itself isn't bad and there's a lot of room. However, I had an issue with the lack of parking, rude management, little to no storage in the apartment, and how thin the walls were.

Neighbors are really kind and friendly, it is pet friendly, it has walks trails, pool, gym, and out of the hustle and bustle of the town. It is safe and the ambiance is great. The property management staff is wonderful, I love it here!

If you are looking for a great neighborhood with awesome amenities - look no further! I previously lived in a not such great apartment and I'm seriously thrilled to be here! Management, layout of apartment, pool, clubhouse, patio, pet-friendly, dog park - are awesome! Check it out! You won't be sorry!

I love it here. The units are so spacious and luxurious. The property manager is amazing and super reliable and if you have any issues she gets on it right away. The amenities are outstanding.

They have a lot of open space for dogs, even a dog park. Their club house and gym are great hangout places. I love it here! It feels more like a home than an apartment living here.

Shannon (the property manager) is always extremely helpful! I get a response back from her every time. The maintenance is exceptional as well. I have had my request fixed within the day/2 days. I really enjoy that you can have PETS! It's hard to find somewhere that accepts & allows pets anymore. Parking is okay, but sometimes it’s a struggle. The clubhouse is awesome & I’m excited for the pool soon. I highly recommend!

Enjoyable place to live. Apartments are up to date and have there own laundry and wash machine. Great walking path behind apartments with a dog park. On the out skirts of town so you are still able to look up and see the stars. The only thing is I wish there was a bit more parking in front of the apartments. There have been a lot of residents who have to park in visitor because there is no room.
