Our life at Waterstone at Big Creek
Hello! My Husband and I moved to the Alpharetta area one year ago. We looked all over the Alpharetta area in search for a new home, but we struggled to find the perfect place. Finally, we stumbled on Waterstone at Big Creek by accident and Immediately I knew this was going to be our new home. I love apartment life here, and the facilities are fabulous. We use the pool almost every day in the summer, as well as, the fitness center throughout the year. Another plus about Waterstone at Big Creek is that it's close to anything and everything that you would need; right off HWY 19 (400), and minutes away from shopping and restaurants. Not only is it the perfect home for us , but our dog loves living here and has made just as many friends as we have! Can I please live here forever?

Lancaster Hills Apartments
This is a great place to live. Neighbors are all friendly and we know each other. Grounds are simply beautiful. In fact, many residents have been here for over 10 years. That's how great is our community. The apartments are huge and very functional. It's like a beautiful country setting in the middle of the city. The courtyard view is exceptional. Every now and then you may just see a beautiful deer standing in the courtyard. Love my home!

Aztec Springs Apartments
The staff is amazing. They met me once and remembered my son's name and mine right away. They're extremely welcoming. However, I need to ask multiple times when it comes to maintenance and the cockroaches are awful. I wish they sprayed more and maintained all pools, not just the one in front of the office. I plan to renew again because of the staff and their willingness to help when life gets hard as a single mom. Better maintenance and reliability and this place would be five star.

This place has a nice set up and good amenities. Renting here was mostly uneventful and enjoyable until move out time. Change in staff at the front office made it so that all interactions were at best abrasive and at worst hostile. New staff make no effort to be accommodating, friendly, or have personal connections with tenants the way old staff did, and are clearly uninterested in creating a welcoming environment once your lease is signed. If you are looking here you can easily afford many comparable complexes nearby. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.

In the heart of oil boom country, Fair Hills is a family community in a new development area in Williston, ND. The oil boom has brought together people from all around the nation and the globe. Fair Hills is a welcoming community that allows us to be neighbors.

Love this place
I have lived at Clover Creek for almost 3 months. All of the Staff are great, friendly, and knowledgeable. There are lots of large dogs here (for some this may be a negative) for me and other dog lovers this is great. The neighbors are all really quiet! And there are not a lot of unsupervised children (this is such a positive for me, since I am an empty nester).

Woodpeckers mating next to my bedroom
So I love my apartment I do, I do not love the woodpecker who try's to lure female woodpeckers to his love nest outside my bedroom window. However it's a fair trade that in return for the eleven months of peace and quiet, I must pay by dealing with him one month out of the year. There are great trails for walking it's close to schools and most everything you need. The neighbors are nice the amenities well cared for. The staff here responds pretty quickly to requests. So if you can deal with a pesky amourous woodpecker you will love Firdale

A Clever Review
The apartment is a box, stacked on top of another box, stacked on top of another box. What I mean to say is that it is a normal apartment. But the lighting is poor so it feels like a cave most of the time. We could probably benefit from having lights recessed in the ceiling. And like any apartment, there are rules you have to follow. Sometimes they are inconvenient.
