Property Ratings at Frederick Court
Honestly everything is a waste of money here, closet doors fall off after awhile, you hear literally everything from several apartments over, the screen door basically detached, the floors have paint splats all over them (they literally just threw this one together). they went with the cheapest everything which is fine, but its not worth what you pay! Also when you order food (which i did often) the address doesnt show up, so that was always complicated.
Do not rent from this management they are a true nightmare….walls are paper thin entire place is cheaply made. Carpet is a thin as paper They add untrue fees to your rent when my lease was up I moved out and never looked back !!!!!!
Cheaply slapped together, paint was chipping and falling off the walls. Found the cheapest material they could to rush the final project. Rent is way too expensive. Might as well have a mortgage. Good luck !
My boyfriend and I got a three bed two bath apartment with two of our friends and we left within three months. We cancelled our lease. The whole apartment was pretty much falling apart like they just slapped stuff together. Not worth time or money!
I called a leasing agent to say that I would like to rent an apartment. I have stellar credit, a great job and I was excited about the new property. I was moving from another state. The agent informed me that I had to arrive in person to apply. I explained that due to the Coronavirus I prefer to apply online and will not be visiting. She kept repeating, “we have to see you in person if you want to apply”. Repeatedly she refused my request to apply online and continued to repeat the same verbiage. . I was disappointed and frustrated. The other near-by communities permitted online applications. I lost faith in this new development because their response was off putting. Beware!
