The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Franklin Park Apartments
I’m extremely happy with my recent decision to move into Franklin Park Apartments. The staff has been great to deal with, as I was moving for work, and was not able to physically meet in person, prior. They are honest, fair, and really made a tough situation, easy!
I’ve lived at Franklin Park Apartments for 5 years, and it’s been a solid experience. The maintenance team is reliable and quick to fix any issues, which makes life easier. The office staff is friendly and easy to work with, always ready to help with questions or requests. The neighborhood is quiet with well-kept landscaping—think green lawns and tidy flowerbeds that make the place feel calm and inviting. They keep up with regular upgrades, which shows they care about the property. Paying rent online through RentCafe is super convenient, too. If you want a dependable, peaceful place to live, Franklin Park is a great choice.
I lived here for 3 years and I loved it. My apartment was very spacious with tall ceilings. Anytime I needed to call maintenance they were quick and there to fix the issue. I also love that each apartment has a balcony/outdoor area. I would highly recommend these apartments.
Mr Thomas was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions
2 bdrm. 1st floor. Easy access. Assigned parking. Disabled parking. Very quiet. Village police patrols. Playgrounds for every housing section. Great maintenance staff! Excellent option for those who prefer quiet living. Great area for runners/walkers. Wegmans, Walmart, Post Office and Byrne dairy are minutes away! ESM School District. On Centro bus line. Small (under 20 lbs) pets permitted.
Nice area, fairly quiet, close to major highways and public places of interest, but rent is way too high for new tenants who are moving in. People who have lived there for 20 years are paying less for a 2 bdrm. with vanities and dishwashers etc... than new tenants pay for a 1 bdrm. with no amenities. Maintenance people only work 7 - 3, don't bother them at night or on the wknd. Lower apartments and storage areas get a lot of water damage when it rains heavily. there is a small pool, tennis courts, basketball court and picnic benches which are rarely used. There are plenty of swings and slides for children. Noise is an issue for a lot of tenants - sounds like toilet in apt. above you is flushing right over your head in bed, and don't expect to get any sleep if people above you are having relations.
