Frances Place Apartments

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My boyfriend and I called at least 4 times a day for the past week about the application we had put in for this complex and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and said she “couldn’t open the file.” She gave us no other options to send in our application which led us to continue calling. Over half of the times we called their answering service answered the phone and was also extremely rude to us and told us that sometimes the ladies at the apartment go to lunch and never come back(red flag). We FINALLY got an answer today and it wasn’t even us that they answered it was my BOYFRIEND’S MOM. We were completely convinced that they wanted nothing to do with us which is very confusing because you should want people to want to rent from you! Anyway, they said that they gave the apartment we were looking into to someone else. Very very disappointed because we loved this apartment. If it’s this difficult to get in touch with or even have a nice conversation with these people to even apply for these apartments, I can’t imagine how hard it is to get anything fixed in these apartments that needs fixing. Horrible management.

I moved into a renovated apartment approximately 3 months ago so far I am in LOVE with it here! I love how quite it is and I love that the manager Katelyn is so involved in making sure the apartment's are well maintained!

The new Manager Katelyn has completely turned the complex around!! I moved in approximately two years ago and I plan to be here for a very long time.... Ever since Katelyn has been the manager she has made sure my work orders were completed within a timely manner and made sure my issue were handled. Katelyn is by far the best manager I have ever had. She has such an inviting personality and is quick to help in any way she can. Frances Place has become a much better and cleaner complex since Katelyn has arrived.

I went to the wrong apartment complex and the new Property Manager has expertise customer service. I would recommend her services to anyone. She Is very understanding, fast pace, and honest. I am very honored to be a resident here at Frances Place apartments. Thank you Brittney for your help and open door policy.

Spacious apartments in a great location off of North 18th. Literally in walking distance to food places and grocery stores. Recently got a new manager and maintenance guy and they are both wonderful. Things are addressed in a timely fashion and we've had no problems.

These apartments are the worst apartments ever. When I first moved in bugs were taking over the kitchen and I called several times to get pest control out and I ended up taking care of the issue. My air conditioner breaks every other day. The courtesy officer is a joke, he never comes out for anything, he is just here for the free rent. Don't expect to come home to your parking spot that has your apartment number because your neighbors will park in your spot. This is not worth the 825.00 they charge. Run somewhere else.

The Mary Frances Apartments are located across the street from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and are the perfect apartments for college students. They offer a very homey feel for an efficiency apartment. They come furnished so no need to buy second hand furniture for your college days. The utilities are very inexpensive and the grounds are well maintained. Students can walk to classes from their homes saving gas and commuting time. With the rent being so reasonable these are also great apartments for anyone wanting to keep expenses low. This small complex is truly home away from home.
