Amazing Staff and even better property. I really enjoy my in unit washer and dryer, Large unit with hardwood floors, and carport. Neighbors are great!

One of my first nights here a young couple who I live next to knocked on my door to introduce themselves. They also made me a homemade cheesecake. Totally restored my faith in humanity. Everyone seems so sweet and welcoming. Heather is amazing too. She has such a warm and kind soul. Very helpful! Love it here!!! 10/10 recommend!!!

Heather made the application and leasing experience easy and kept us up to date as we got close to the signing date. She's very personable and really sold us on this sweet little apartment community.

I highly recommend these apartments! Not only are the apartments spacious but they are very clean! The management here is so good about making sure everything is taken care of as well as being so nice and her willingness to help with whatever you may need is extraordinary!

I lived at silver pines for about a year had a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The area wasn’t too noisy and I would definitely reccomend to someone looking for an affordable place to live. The landlord is a very wonderful woman! Nothing but good experiences!

I lived at Silver Pines Apartments for the last two years and have nothing but good things to say about the management and maintenance staff. They have always been attentive to my needs and do their best to make this place feel like a home, not just a place to live. My two-bedroom apartment was reasonably priced, and I loved the spaciousness and the hardwood floors. I always felt safe, especially with several neighbors being active in the military and law enforcement. The location was incredibly convenient, too. Easy access to the interstate, downtown, and the commercial area in Fort Gratiot. The only reason I've moved on is to take the leap into home ownership. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to rent!

I've only been here a short time and in that time here I have found the Apartments, the Complex, the Management and the Maintenance of the Property ALL to be Excellent and the People that Live Here to be Friendly and Helpful. The Location of Silver Pines Apartments is the Best in Port Huron with easy access to everything you can imagine from the Great Shopping, Excellent Restaurants, the Parks on the Ste. Clair River and Blue Water Bridge and really easy access to I-94 & I-69.... It's Really Great Living Here.

My work, when I was younger, required moving to a different location every six months. I've lived at 28 apartment complexes. I'm now retired.... and I've lived at Silver Pines for nearly 7 years. Silver Pines is, without hesitation, the nicest apartment complex I've ever stayed. Hopefully the owners will let me stay another seven years!

I have lived at Silver Pines for 2 years and have had a great experience. The apartments are very big and up to date which is very nice. The management is very nice and responsive if you need them. I would say the best apartment complex in the area by far. If your are looking for a great apartment in the Port Huron area, you won’t be disappointed.

The management was terrific and I loved the large rooms.

The one bedroom I had was awesome, very large rooms for the price in unit laundry which is awesome for the price. Management is awesome, helpful, and quick to try and help solve any problems that need to be addressed. On top of that you are right in the middle of everything, not long of a drive no matter what you need to do.

Best Place to Live in St. Clair County, if your looking for an apartment. The location has easy on and off access to all of the fine Port Huron area and surrounding areas. The building is up to date, with continuing improvements. I have lived here over a year and I wouldn't change a thing about this complex. The staff are very friendly, and if there is a minor problem the handyman addresses it immediately. The atmosphere is quiet and secluded as i wouldn't expect that from being on the main drag. Spacious apartments, good heating, pet friendly. Cost is right where it needs to be for all these beautiful features. I give my apartment complex a 10 PLUS.

When we toured Silver Pines, we were treated with professionalism and respect. The family owner, Brian, stands out as trustworthy and ethical. Critical in your apartment choice! I would feel very safe about having any family member living here. Go and see what I mean! A resident we passed told us this was the best place he ever lived! They are building a brand new gazebo outdoor area for summer gatherings for your family in addition to the tree filled courtyard areas. I understand they take the time to fill flower beds with bursting color in the courtyards in the summer. The lobby has an upscale, new designer feel. You get two storage lockers in the basement for extra stuff - bonus! Hardwood floors and a cool washer/dryer too! If you need a repair, you just utilize the e-repair portal that gives you updates on repair times. Awesome! Go check out Silver Pines in Port Huron!
