I have been looking for a community that is safe and with a lot of services. And here I found my dreams come true; two awesome pools, always cleaned and with a nice grill area, a nice gym and a boat ramp, and a lot lot more… other than that the management is awesome, the help those guys and girls gave me was remarkable… I admit I lose my belongings way too often, but I have been always helped to find them and for any kind of help they always nice and willing to help you. I have been amply satisfied.. Good job guys

The ladies in the office were very nice and quick to help me when I showed for my tour, the one who helped me was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. The model apartment I was shown was very nice and looked like a great place to live, they told me they’d just redone the ground floor units and it felt fresh. When I left, I felt confident that this was the place for me. HOWEVER…as soon as the paperwork was signed, everything changed. The unit I was assigned was night and day from the model, I’d stop short of calling it a bait-and-switch but it wasn’t what I expected, maybe my expectations were too high. The renovation included them painting over an exposed breaker next to the thermostat, installing a door lock that was too far out of alignment to engage, and no hot water. What wasn’t beyond simple expectations was that the unit would have been cleaned before hand, there was dust on the floors, spiderwebs in the corners, and faint stains on the walls. I went back to the office and talked to the rep I’d been working with to tell her about the hot water and that the cleaning crew hadn’t done the work or it had slipped through the cracks and she assured me they’d go back through. (She was great the entire time, always there if I had a question.) That was a Friday morning and, when I came back Sunday afternoon, the water heater had been fixed but the unit hadn’t been cleaned. Shortly after I arrived, I noticed the floor of the laundry room was wet and the water heater leaking onto the floor. I called the emergency maintenance number and, to their credit, they were there within 60-90 minutes. My misgivings got the better of me, I decided to cut my losses and leave, Suddenly, management couldn’t be reached. I would call and leave my info with the ladies in the office and, sometimes, the property manager would get back to me in an hour or two or, sometimes, I’d have to call back the next day. I got a confusing explanation of how much I owed, paperwork that I had to have a 3rd party explain to me, and I asked for an itemized statement no less than 3 times which was ignored. All in all, this was an extremely unpleasant lesson that I paid through the nose to learn. I’m glad to be done

Maintenance is atrocious. It takes a long time to get anything done and it took 3 full days to get my A/C fixed. Dumpster is constantly full. Access to the Greenway is limited to when it is low tide. It is impossible to get there at high tide. The walls are thin and the list goes on. I wish I had signed a lease somewhere else

This place has been an a absolute nightmare since moving in place is filled with Roaches, it’s almost a daily event finding a roach crawling all over your stuff. The pools aren’t taken care of. The “MAITENENCE STAFF” is lazy and doesn’t take proper action when asked to do so. Has mold growing in all the AC units. This place is just the worst. PLEASE LEARN FROM ME ITS A COMPLETE DISASTER IN EVERY REGARD. Unless you like roaches crawling all over your shower, walls and you while you sleep.

The grounds are beautiful. We have a dock on the Gordon River. It’s location is perfect. The office staff, especially Ashlynn do a fabulous job with our requests. We absolutely love River Reach!!!! K. Kelly
The Office Manager is horrible. RUN.... unless you like verbal abuse. This lady is very rude. My friend and I have overheard her screaming at her staff as if they were her children. I personally witness her yelling and cursing at residents. Her poor staff looks like they are mentally drained. I am sure that many people have left the community and decided not to rent due to her unprofessionalism My heart goes out to her staff. They are all young girls and must really need their jobs and deal with the abuse in fear of losing their job. Where as if a resident gets tired of her we can just move... I have NEVER met such a nasty person inside and out...Her staff should seek counseling and legal advice if they have reported this behavior to the company already because it is a toxic environment.
Great community, great amenities. The office staff was so nice and accommodating. Melissa is fantastic, she did the walkthrough of my apartment with me and showed me around the either property. I am confident I made the right choice by moving to River Reach.
So glad I chose to call River Reach home over 8 months ago! I am look forward to another year with them as well! If you are looking for a place in Naples I would strongly recommend River Reach. I absolutely love using our pool with the BBQ grills and our jogging trail. Maintenance as well as The office staff are #1 in my book! Thank you for the last 8 months and I look forward to another year as well as more to come!
River reach will have their staff post fake reviews to increase business! Don’t fall for it. At lease you know the low ratings are real. THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE EVER! Been here for 4 years, the new managements attitude is rude, dry, and inconsiderate. I feel bad for the manager Jessica because her team is horrible.
For the location alone, this place is worth it. Only 5 miles from the beach and even less from the zoo. I was able to ride my bike mostly everywhere. The amenities are amazing. There’s plenty to do without even leaving the complex. Where else can you kayak on a natural river steps away from your front door? Even just hanging out on the hammocks on a nice day makes you feel like you’re at a resort. Everything negative is also just what you have to deal with living in the tropics: spiders, mosquitos, etc. They do a decent job of spraying, but there’s only so much you can do. I just wish they would wash the building and windows. The interiors are fantastic though, I love having hardwood everywhere but the bedrooms, and the appliances are high quality as well. And the management is excellent. I absolutely love living here. It’s definitely worth 5 stars.
Absolutely Love It! The Grounds are extraordinary, with the walking trail which wraps around the 10 acre lake, includes a well maintained Dog Park, to the River that runs alongside the 60 acre property which includes several docks and a boat ramp. Along with picnic areas thru-out there is also a Beach Style Volleyball Court. At the newly built Clubhouse, there are several Hammock furnished mini beaches that beckon you too take in a Sunset Nap. The Gym and the 2 Pools are Resort Style and perfectly maintained. Staff goes above & beyond, Ashlynn who was my Personal Sales Associate, without a doubt one of the best in the business! Always pleasant, personal and knowledgeable. While still in Dallas Tx for 3 Months prior to my move in date, she kept in touch with me and abreast of availability. Enjoyed my first "Pizza Night" and looking forward to our upcoming "Potluck". If your new to Naples/Florida, River Reach Apts Naples would be a wise place to start. If you have a Dog, even better! After looking at hundreds of places in Naples for 2 years, I came here in July to look & fell in Love! My water view is something I always wanted! I just moved in 2 weeks ago. Hannah, Ashlynn & the rest of the staff including maintenance are so incredibly helpful & friendly. My new neighbors are amazing! The view & amenities are better than some very expensive condo complexes. This is the best kept secret in Naples. I don’t think I’ll ever leave!
Okay, so I went this complex last year and had my doubts. One of the receptionists who originally lead me around and took my information spontaneously stopped working at the complex halfway the process and I was never informed of this. I was about to travel for 4 months and needed to have an apartment secured before I left. I called to see what was going on, and I was blessed to get in touch with Skylee. She understood my frustration and immediately took charge of my situation and made everything right. Skylee made it possible for me to move in on time to start my career, and made it possible for me to sign the lease electronically while walking through a field in Spain! If she can make that happen, then I guarantee that she can take care of you. The other office staff are very helpful and the entire community is quiet and a great place to live in Naples. The location places you about 10 minutes away from everything. Very happy with my decision to move here. Can't forget about the boat parking with private boat ramp too!!!!
I love living at River Reach, the property is beautiful and sits right on the Gordon River with plenty of walking paths. Moving here was a breeze all the way from New Jersey, we rented with out seeing the apartment and Sammie was so helpful. However I recently had an unexpected family emergency; I spoke to the apartment's management office about an urgent possible move. I was told that In the event of breaking the lease we would have to pay the fee along with 2 months rent. I walked in to the office with all of the supporting documents but left with zero regard to my personal circumstance . The district office has yet to return my calls. It is truly upsetting that they can not accommodate a tenant in a difficult situation. Before you sign the lease make sure you don't have to relocate even if its due to a parent battling stage 4 cancer!
Barking dogs and more barking dogs all around, noisy after “quiet hours”, 10:00pm and before 7:00am and all hours in between. We also have loud neighbors - students who have parties all of the time and just don't care about living around working people. Staff doesn’t seem to care about complaints. We literally sleep at night with our windows shut and earplugs in, but it doesn't help. Buildings are old with very thin walls and leaking water. This situation completely negates all of the good quality's that River Reach has to offer. I’m not able to focus my attention on anything that I’d like to be doing; reading, writing, music, etc. I`m very disappointed about the whole situation.
I Just moved in 4 months ago and I love it. They have great amenities and offer the most amazing resident events. Maintenance has been great. The ladies in the office are very helpful and friendly. When I arrived to pick up keys they made everything so easy for me. This is a great place to live.
I love my lake view! They take care of Maintanance requests quick and the grounds are very well kept. I will never move out.
Having just relocated to River Reach we were enjoying our new apartment when at 2am the a/c started to make a lot of noise and we could smell overheated wiring/motor. We shut the system down and everything was okay. Reported it to the office staff in the morning and within a half hour the a/c man Silva showed up. He located the problem (melted connection block on wiring board) went and got a new one, replacing it and getting the a/c back up and working. Thank you Silva for being so prompt and professional. I absolutely love my home at River Reach... My boyfriend and I had been searching for an apartment and when we drove into River Reach we well in love with how wooded the community is (especially because we are from New England and miss woods)! The property is also right on the Gordon River so we can use our kayaks whenever and we are able to store them on property for a small fee. We have only had positive experiences at River Reach and would highly recommend this community to anybody!
property managment here does not care about what needs fixed or what they can do for you, the paying customer. Property managment at river reach never returns you calls, and is virtually impossible to get in touch with. Except on the 3rd day of the month, because you will find eviction notices on your apt door if you are more than 48 hours late on rent. These people only care about 1 thing, your money!

River Reach is nestled in a tree-lined, woodsy neighborhood in an incredibly convenient location! It is surrounded by Downtown Naples, East Naples, Central Naples, and is a 5 minutes drive to the interstate. There is a variety of nearby restaurants, shopping, and only is less than 5 miles to the beach! If you’re a boater or enjoy canoeing, there is a boat launch on to the Gordon River with Gulf access. They’ve provided the residents with two docks, boat parking spaces, and canoe/kayak storage. A few recent remodeling and expansion projects have been done to the amenities. The two pools are now upgraded with brand new pavers, new chairs, and a few cozy cabanas. They've even added a putting green near the clubhouse! I can’t forget to mention the basketball and tennis courts and also the walking path that circles around the beautiful lake! For someone who loves tranquility, has an active lifestyle, or is a pet owner, this is an ideal residential area for all ages.
I love these apartments. It's a beautiful property and the management is pretty efficient. My ice maker was broken (to me it wasn't a big deal) but they were on it within the hour. I recommend these apartments If you are looking in naples
I loved living here and was sad when I had to leave. I actually lived here before they did the remodeling on the inside and now it is even better! (I saw what some of the re-done units looked like when I was still there). My apartment had a beautiful view of the lake from my lanai and I was able to walk to the pool and the gym. They have two pools, which is great because they are never crowded. Also there is a great walking path around the lake that I loved pushing my baby around in his stroller. Another great thing that my Husband and I LOVED was the fact that we were able to keep our boat there for a small monthly fee and have gulf access. Overall the staff and neighbors were all very friendly and the location was awesome! Close to everything, even downtown and the beaches as well as the mall and the interstate. I miss it and would recommend this to anyone! Oh I forgot to mention that they come to your door and take out your trash!
