Property Ratings at Parkside Apartments
The units are clean and well maintained. Not only that the neighborhood is really nice! It is convenient, safe and peaceful. The new owner and management did an amazing job in reinventing the place! Staying here is one of the best decision I've made.
In the past couple years this place has changed a lot, and for the better. Since new management took over, so much has been remodeled and cleaned up. The new people that have moved in are much better neighbors and more considerate. I never have a problem with maintenance coming out right away to fix a request if needed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stress free apartment building.
I am a single mother and I have lived here at Parkside apartments for almost 2 years now. My family has been in Gibraltar since 1978 so when I moved here with my little boy I was happy to be back home with all my family surrounding on different streets. I am very happy to be a resident here at Parkside apartments, but for some odd reason my new property management wants their unit back that is very upsetting to me. I would love to remain in my apartment. However, I'm not sure that is a possibility at this time. All in all Gib is a very beautiful city to live in and raise your children in and Parkside apartments are a nice first apartment for a single couple or a last apartment for an older person. Or just perfect for my child and me.
These apartments are well kept up every week. Landlord is very friendly and will take care of anything you need that day or the next. Fair price for renting 2 bedroom. Great neighborhood.
