Enjoy the convenience of being steps away from coffee shops, art and yoga studios, boutiques, and more. This cozy loft is full of character, featuring a queen bed with a privacy curtain, a futon-style sofa bed, and a charming secret play nook for kids. The simple kitchen includes a Keurig machine, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, and kettle, along with a dining table that seats three. Enjoy fresh coffee and a small workspace with Wi-Fi, but note that there is no TV, just peace and quiet. The loft also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy free parking on the driveway and street. Pets are allowed with a pet fee charged per pet, plus any additional cleaning needed. The Local Loft is ideally situated just a 5-10 minute walk from restaurants, bars, and shops, and a 35-minute drive from downtown Calgary (Stampede). For those looking to explore further, it's a 25-minute drive to High River Hospital and South Health, and a 1.5-hour drive to Banff. Surrounded by nature and frequent deer sightings, this is a peaceful retreat just outside the city. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please remove your shoes at the entranceway, and note that no overnight guests are allowed unless included in the booking. A clean home is a happy home, so please clean your dishes before you go. If the home is left in an exceptionally messy state, a $60 fee will be charged for every extra hour of cleaning required. Early check-in or late check-out is available for an additional $50 per hour, subject to approval and availability. Pets are allowed with a pet fee, and smoking indoors or near windows is prohibited, resulting in a $1000 fee for violations. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed, with a $1000 fee for misbehavior. Be mindful of water use with more than two people, as the hot water is minimal. The loft includes a small workspace with a desk and chair, along with Wi-Fi for your remote work needs. A laptop computer is not included.
