The maximum occupancy is ten people, and any additional guests without permission will be vacated from the property. A late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after the 10 AM check-out time unless prior permission is granted. If check-out is more than two hours late, you will be charged for an additional day at the base nightly rate, but this does not allow you to stay for the additional day.
