The trendy red and grey kitchen is fully equipped with large appliances, a coffee machine, grinder, and fresh beans, along with provided salt, pepper, and cooking oil. A gas fireplace adds warmth to the dining area, which includes a bar-height table with eight stools. The in-suite laundry closet is conveniently located off the lounge. Off-road parking is available. Situated next to Fernie's finest brewery and a five-minute drive to downtown, this loft apartment is located immediately above a local appliance shop and high-end building contractor. The immediate area is commercial, with the brewery approximately 20 meters away. Expect some background traffic noise when outside due to the proximity to highway 3. The large garden is not fenced in. Quiet time is from 11 pm - 7 am. No smoking or vaping on the deck, balconies, or inside the property. No parties. Sporting equipment should only be put into allocated storage spaces. Due to the risk of bears, do not put garbage outside. Please use the bins provided or use local dumpsters.
