Enjoy a short walk to local restaurants and explore the vibrant neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and guests are asked to remove their shoes at the entrance. No overnight guests are allowed unless included in the booking, and parties or excessive noise are prohibited, with a $1000 fee for violations. Smoking is only permitted outside, away from windows, with a $1000 fee for indoor smoking. Check-out time must be adhered to, with a $85 per hour fee for delays. Some doors and closets are locked for personal use, and guests are responsible for any damages or disruptions during their stay. The home includes a dedicated workspace with a desk, providing a comfortable environment for remote work. A laptop computer is not included, but the space is equipped with Wi-Fi for your convenience.
