A dining table seats four, and the private balcony includes a hammock. Street parking is available but may require payment, and parking is not guaranteed as there is no designated parking spot. Located in downtown Calgary, this apartment is just a quick walk to the nearest bus station on 12th Ave and 17th Ave's restaurants, cafés, and nightlife. A short drive will take you to Saddledome, Stampede Grounds, Calgary Tower, and Core Shopping. Banff National Park is also a quick trip away. This is a pet-free, smoke-free, and party-free home. Noise from neighboring units and the downtown area is to be expected. A $500 fine applies if the building FOB is lost, and there is no backup FOB during your stay. Early check-in or late check-out is available for an additional $50 per hour, subject to availability. A $85 per hour fee applies for delayed check-out. A $250 pet fee will be charged per pet if violated, and smoking indoors will result in a $1000 fee. Parties or excessive noise will incur a $1000 fee. Guests are responsible for any damages or disruptions, and a $60 fee applies for extra cleaning if the home is left in an exceptionally messy state.
