The apartment is beautifully decorated with a sports theme, featuring simple yet modern furnishings and a warm ambiance. The apartment offers a free outdoor parking stall and paid and free parking is available on the street or at a nearby parking lot for additional vehicles. Please follow proper signage. Get ready to experience the best of downtown Edmonton with the 7th Street Loft's prime location! You'll have easy access to everything you need, whether it's an event at Rogers Place/ICE District, Shaw Conference Centre, the Citadel, or Winspear theatres. Feel free to stroll through the beautiful Alberta Legislature grounds in all seasons. Walk or take public transit, which is conveniently located right outside your door. Explore the local scene with unique shops, friendly cafes, and delicious restaurants all within walking distance on Jasper Ave or the Brewery District. Grocery stores are located nearby and across the street is the Grant Macewan University, or a quick train ride away to the University of Alberta. Bike, walk, jog, or segway yourself around the scenic trails spanning hundreds of kilometers along the North Saskatchewan River in the beautiful river valley nearby. The main entrance to the building is locked from 9 PM to 7 AM. You must check-in from the back entrance outside of these hours. There is ongoing LRT construction outside the building, primarily occurring during working hours, so it should not affect your overall stay. The construction schedule and access points continue to evolve daily, but access to the building will always be available either through the back or front of the building. There is a fire station south of the loft, so you may hear occasional sirens. Smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping) and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited inside the property. A $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking or drug use is found. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly authorized. A $250 fee will apply if evidence of an unauthorized pet is found. This is a non-party home. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Evidence of a party will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect neighbors and other tenants. A $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any parties, loud disturbances, or unauthorized events. The maximum number of guests is 4. All guests must be listed on the reservation. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave and incur a $40 fee per person per night. Trespassing guests may be removed by security. A $250 fee will apply for lost, damaged, or missing keys, key fobs, or access devices. Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire alarms, or security cameras. If devices are found tampered with, a minimum $100 call-out fee will be charged to inspect and reset the system. Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after check-out time unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check-out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
