The fully equipped kitchen is loaded with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, fridge, electric stove, and dishwasher, along with all the necessary cookware and utensils. The property includes one dedicated heated underground parking stall. Paid and free parking is available on the street or at a nearby parking lot for oversized and additional vehicles. Early check-in or late check-out is available for a $35 fee with 24-hour notice, subject to approval. A $50 fee applies for late check-outs beyond 30 minutes, and a full day's rate applies for check-outs more than 2 hours late. Experience the best of downtown Edmonton with this prime location! The main entrance to the building is locked from 9 PM to 7 AM, requiring check-in from the back entrance outside these hours. There is ongoing LRT construction outside the building, primarily during working hours, but access will always be available. The building does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided for comfort. A $500 fee will be charged for evidence of parties, loud disturbances, or unauthorized events. Smoking and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited, with a $250 fee for violations. Pets are not permitted, and a $250 fee applies if evidence of an unauthorized pet is found. The maximum number of guests is 4, with a $40 fee per unauthorized guest per night. Lost, damaged, or missing keys or fobs incur a $250 fee. Tampering with safety devices results in a minimum $100 call-out fee. The apartment is remote work-friendly, offering fast Wi-Fi for all your work-from-home needs. A laptop computer is not included.
