The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Foxtail Glen on White Pond
Only rent here as a last resort. Management is not onsite but at another location. They are only really here to do tours. And even then they could try to show you the wrong apartment. One of the leasing managers tried to unlock my apartment to show off an available apartment without my knowledge while I was still inside. Please look at the state that everything's in, as things are constantly falling apart. Kids are playing in grass littered in dog poo and the neighbors habitually take their dogs outside with no leash. Most of the times they're in the house while their dog is out terrorizing neighbors. Be wary if you're allergic because the dogs are not trained to stay close to their owner so they might come running at you. And nobody is here to stop it. You can report it but they just don't care. If you need maintenance done on your unit unless it is something major like no hot water they won't bother checking it out. I had to call multiple times to get my stove fixed, which could of been a major fire hazard if I continued using it as is, because they have a habit of blaming the tenant and talking down to them instead of actually coming in to get the work done.
The only Positive to my entire experience was the lease signing and receiving the keys. I moved in May and there was a leak on the bathroom wall. I was told they would take care of it. A year later it was still there. I spoke with the management multiple times and was told that they would fix it. Once winter hit, they used the excuse that it was caused by the snow and can't be fixed until summer. A few months after moving in I started seeing mouse droppings. I contacted management right away. It took 3 Weeks to get some out there to put traps out. I have a dog and was told they would be "pet friendly" traps which they were not. The mouse set them off but escaped them. I contacted management right away and nothing was done. There was still a mouse in the apartment when I moved out. I spent 12 months with a leak on my bathroom wall and 9 months with a mouse in my apartment. Over the winter we had lots of snow (12+ inches). They didn't shovel or plow anything for 3 days. I was not able to get my car out to go to work. I contacted management and they said they are trying to find someone to plow. I explained that I missed work for 3 days and lost pay (Over $400) due to it and I was told if I need to, I can make Payments over the next few months extra to make up for not having all of the money for rent. I watched so many people fall multiple time due to the lack of shoveling/plowing and salt put on sidewalks. On Multiple occasions the parking lot was like an ice-skating rink, and I ended up slipping on ice in the parking lot. I ended up having to go to an urgent care. They had me fill out an incident report, but nothing ever happened. Your apartment and also the outside area will smell like marijuana 70% of the time. I have also witnessed multiple drug deals in the parking lot. If you are looking at getting an apartment here, I recommend looking elsewhere. I do not recommend living at Foxtail Glen on White Pond.
So here is the deal about Foxtail Glen apartments.....for 450 square feet the price is not worth it. I lived there from year 2017-2018 and I had the deluxe apartment. You can find way better 1 bedroom apartments in the Akron area for the same amount of money. When you first look at the apartment it seems fine until you move in and that's when problems start to occur. Every apartment has these little black ants and I didn't notice them until months later and they are in certain spots in the apartment. I had ants coming out of my bathroom, some in my bedroom and in the living room. They only thing maintenance will give you is a ant trap but I still had to constantly spray for ants. In the fall time you will have stink bugs coming through the wall A/C unit. In the summer time if you live on the 2nd floor like I did, you will be running literally dodging huge warsp, black jacks, and other flying bugs. If you have an issue with your apartment don't expect maintenance to come out and fix the problem right way. If love your stuff that you own DONT MOVE HERE. When it rains, it literally pours...I can not stress how much of my stuff especially my clothes have gotten ruined over MOLD issues. The windows build up condensation when it rains. I literally had mold around my windows and my A/C unit and even the ceiling in my bedroom was turning brown and moldy. You will not see it at first because they literally paint over everything. And Lastly when you move out these people literally charge you an outrages amount of money. They take your $300 security and deposit and then charge you with all kinds of fees even you cleaned the place spotless. I ended up paying at least $700 out after I moved out for literally nothing that was my fault. Even if you have proof with pictures they don't care. This was first apartment ever and I did not have a great experience. So highly recommend looking somewhere. DON'T DO IT.
I have a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with a large pond and beach area swimming, fishing, boating. I'm loving this place.
I found this property to be easily accessible and have good curb appeal.
