The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Foxhaven
everyone here has bed bugs. yeah they might spray the apartment that you move into beforehand but, guaranteed, everyone next door to you has bed bugs. the apartment complex might offer certain amenities that you might pay for his extra just be warned they do not provide them at a timely fashion so don't pay for them through the management like washer and dryer or expect your furnace/ AC unit to be up to code. the guy who manages the place is a total hack my friend moved out because he is a total joke and doesn't know how to manage properties. the construction crew might decide to work on an apartment next to you and they'll start at 6 or 7 in the morning to do all the loud work quit during the day totally then start back up at night and not stop till 4 in the morning. worst place to live ever the management is the most discourteous I've ever been around and so is the maintenance staff the place is poorly looked after and a total disgrace. it sucks that I have to keep living here but I do unfortunately.
If you re disabled or simply need a handrail to get up steps, you have to install it on your own (as many have ). All the steps have shifted or sunk and what few sidewalks remain are in bad shape.
As a current renter at Foxhaven Apartments, I would have to say the strongest selling point is the surrounding landscape. I can look out my window and see trees and nature rather than another building. It lends to a feeling of peacefulness. Foxhaven is also close to just about any retail establishment desirable. I'm close to Belem Village mall, theatres, the local post office, and the area is teeming with restaurants to suit anyone's palate. The grounds are maintained and I don't have to worry about lawn care, etc. Another plus is that each apartment has its own private entrance which makes it feel more personal and like a personal home atmosphere. The inside of the apartment meets my needs for space and has washer and dryer hook up. And for those who do not have a washer or dryer, there are laundry facilities on the property for their use. Also, many of the units have dishwashers. There is a heating and air conditioning unit so the inside temperature is always comfortable and easy to adjust. Each unit has a patio area and that space can be used to extend your personal space in the Spring, Summer, and Fall months... Tenants are encouraged to make the space their own, to landscape and plant flowers and plants as desired. Foxhaven also is pet friendly.
I love these apartments because they are close to everything and also very quiet. We are clustered in one floor buildings that have some green space around with close parking to your door. We can have pets ( live this as I have a chocolate lab). Neighbors are great. The only thing I do not care for is we do not have covered parking.
Foxhaven Apartments is a large quiet complex. It is conveniently located near the mall, many restaurants and I-77. The complex features studio, one and two bedroom apartments. Some include amenities such as washers/dryers, dishwashers and dishwashers. I currently live in a studio apartment. The only complaint that I have is that it came with a wall bed. The cabinet that the bed folds up into takes up a great deal of space. Also, not to mention that it has been previously used by others.
