Property Ratings at Foxfire at Valley Lakes
I have loved living here for the last 10 months. I have a lakeview which gives me lots of natural light in my apartment to wake up to. I have always felt very safe, and I especially love being this close to walmart and food options!
The property manager, Kenneth, and the friendly staff ensured my move in was great and gave me the best looking apartment I have ever moved into. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.
I am not alone.I should read the review before I choose this property.I would say all the negative review I read so far is TRUE. Give a star to the nice greenbelt environment.Apartment near Pkwy would be extremely noisy .The engine sounds would last for all day long even all night. Some of those apartment with TERRIBLE condition inside. Like super loud refrigerator. Cigarette dust and trash dropped from upstair .Things went wrong in succession, most of breakdown would not be really fix .And the manager would work hard to put the breakdown of charges into your account when you move out .Not only earn all your deposit but also want more.
Please be aware that these are not smoke free apartments as stated above under the Features section. I assumed that smoke free was referring to cigarette smoke but my neighbors do smoke. When I ask about the smell after we moved in and had paid all of our deposits, we were told that tenants are allowed to smoke inside of their apartments.
I honestly wish I would have read reviews online before I moved here, but I was so excited to get out of my parents house that I was blinded by circus act in the office. They tell you exactly what you want to hear to make this sound like heaven....until you move in. This place is all about money. They charge a ridiculous amount of rent for the quality and space of these apartments. They charge fees that they can't explain and their "amenities" are pathetic. Everything on this property is low quality and poorly built; yes, it looks beautiful from the outside but don't be fooled. I am building a house and my mortgage is going to be cheaper than rent in this one bedroom apartment. Think before you choose this place. The property manager has a wonderful reputation of being rude and disrespectful and that is the sad truth. My lease cannot end soon enough.
I had many maintenance problems and they took way to long to fix them. They care more about getting new leases than keeping their current residents. Getting out of here as soon as I can. Not worth the high cost for what you get.
I currently live at Fox Fire apartment in Lafayette, IN. The staff at Fox Fire is excellent very professional and nice. They are all the time doing things for the residents such as breakfast and dinner. They even do a community yard sale and gardens. The pool at Fox Fire is very nice and so is the workout area. The only thing I have to say about this place is that it's a little pricey. In my opinion one of the top apartment in Lafayette Indiana.
Great place to live. The office staff is helpful! Good location and beautiful apartments. I can't wait to live there!
