I love my apartment and I love the service I receive here. Whenever I have any maintenance issues, the office and technicians resolve my issue very quickly. They are all friendly. The manager is very nice and goes out of her way to help and resolve issues. Very pleased ! :)

Me and my girlfriend moved into crossing Remington’s September 15 and literally the day we moved in It was already bad from the jump. The leasing management told me and my girlfriend that we had to move out by the 30th because we were complaining too much but they moved us into a unit where water was coming through the ceilings and down the electricity box, and there was holes in the kitchen wall and on the ceiling and because we were telling them what needs to be fixed they said that we had to leave, For my first apartment being back in Sandusky I will never ever rent another apartment from Sandusky apartments ever again. They are so horrible and very disrespectful.

We moved in back in March of 2020 unfortunately this was the only place we could get in on short notice, it was really bad moving in, they still had quite a few things that needed to be fixed and some of those things never were, but in December we got bought out by some other company and things have kinda been getting better, but the area is still a little rough. There has been a few shooting at a different apartment building always smell of weed and people fighting but we have kept to ourselves and no one has bothered us. We have two toddlers, and we don’t fear for our safety so not bad just the apartments need a lot of work that maybe the new owners will put effort into hopefully...

I loved my apartment and how spacious it is. WT leasing managers are friendly and they really work with you. I don't like always having to tell bad kids to stop or get away from my car and it's always someone speeding on the corner. The company itself seems like it's making changes. Also , it takes a really long time for them to fix things in your apartment.
