Property Ratings at Fox Valley Meadows Apartments
This used to be a great area. Now since they got rid of the onsite management. It’s just trashy. Hallways always smell like Pot. And when we call nothing gets done. Eveytime it rains we get a small flood in out living room and nothing gets done about it. I can’t wait to move out.
The new management is awful. They don’t care about anyone but getting their money. They lie about on site management and maintenance. There hasn’t been either in a year. Don’t rent from this company. Nothing will get fixed in your apartment
I've lived here for 2 years now and I love it here. I love that its pet friendly because i was able to keep my dog. The on site manager and matience man are super helpful when you have a question. The entry is secure. No one can get it without the key or being buzzed in. I definitely recommend this apartment complex.
I am very happy with my choice and renting at these apartments I wanted a place where the managers care about the property and where my children can play outside and not feel scared or uncomfortable.. They just updated the playground and my children love it. Also my apartment is very spacious and nice for the price I pay, including any trouble I have had the manager has helped me with a solution.
