Located on the banks of the Fox River, these affordable apartments are a perfect spot for your next home. It is ideal for anyone looking for a great place to call home at a great price. On-site laundry and an additional storage locker are located in the basement of the building. Heat, water, sewer, and garbage are included. 1 parking space per apartment, permit required. This property requires renter's insurance *Please ask your showing agent for more details on the requirements. Pets: Up to 2 allowed (One Dog Limit). $40 for 1 and $80 for 2 per month. Plus, a one-time $250 animal fee (non-refundable) per unit due upfront. Breed Restrictions for dogs include: Akitas, Chows, Canary Mastiff, Doberman Pinschers, Pitbulls (Staffordshire Terrier or Bull Terrier), Wolf-Hybrids, or any mix of these breeds. Candlewood has partnered with PooPrints at this property. PooPrints is a company who is able to match a dog to any uncollected waste found on the property. As part of the animal approval process, you will be required to complete a supervised cheek swab of your dog to collect a DNA sample. SCREENING CRITERIA INCLUDES Good Rental History (Past 5 Years) Criminal Screening (Past 5 Years) No Evictions (Past 3 Years) No Sex Offenders Monthly Income Equal To 2 Times The Rent Amount (Proof of the most current 2 months of income) Equifax VantageScore 4.0 Credit Score of 600 or Greater (525-599 may be approved with a guarantor or additional deposit) A 524 credit score or lower will not be approved.
