East Moline is a small, primarily-suburban community on the outer edge of the Quad Cities. The John Deere facility on the riverfront serves as the city’s largest employer, with many residents commuting to neighboring Moline or nearby Rock Island, Bettendorf, or Davenport.
Just north of town, large nature preserves along the Mississippi River provide residents with terrific environments for enjoying the outdoors, particularly Illiniwek Campground and Fawks Bald Eagle Refuge. It’s only a short drive from your East Moline apartment to reach the extensive dining, shopping, and entertainment of the busier cities nearby.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

We truly appreciate your high praise for our community! We love knowing you are happy here, and we encourage you to let us know if we can do anything to enhance your experience further.
Lived here a bit over 5 years and it has just trended down over the years to the point the rent no longer becomes a "good deal" but a "you get what you pay for." Water to building is turned off when anything other than toilet paper is flushed down the toilet, which is understandable, EXCEPT THEY WONT WARN YOU! You'll just go to shower or do your business and there's just no water. There are animals in the attic so be prepared, if you live on the top floor, to be kept up during the night with what sounds like a horde of mice rolling around or a horde of squirrels in a wrestling match. On top of that there is a developing pest problem that they tried to address by doing checks to make sure you weren't leaving dishes in the sink. The cabinets have not been properly cleaning since 3 tenants before you, take that however you will. The walls are paper thin. When you put in a maintenance request and request that maintenance not enter the apartment without you there, that is completely ignored.

I had the pleasure of living at Fox Pointe Apartments for 3 years. I enjoyed every moment of it. The office staff is absolutely phenomenal. They go out of their way to accommodate for you and help to make the experience of staying there an enjoyable one. I NEVER had issues with bugs. I had regular maintenance issues, which were ALWAYS attended to in a timely manor. They even scheduled times where I could be present, which was highly convenient. The pool was a luxury always a busy but fun place to be in the summer. I always refer people to Fox Pointe Apartments because I loved my experience there. The location of Fox Pointe is great! I loved it. I moved from out of the area and found Fox Pointe to be central and fit my needs. It's close to Black Hawk College, Walmart, Hyvee, and other shopping locations. There's also convenient gas stations located a block away, 10 mintues walking distance. The only negative things I have to say is that Fox Pointe could use some updating, but so could other locations. And the positives definitely out way the negatives. I honestly would still be in my apartment if I had not bought a house. I would like to thank the office staff for my positive experience. -Brittany

We're so thankful for your review of our community! We're glad to have you as part of the Fox Pointe Apartments community!
Nice amount of space. Parking and location is great I'm near work and college and can always find a close parking spot. Yet maintenance to apartment takes forever to complete and the building I'm in needs some serious fixes and updates. I've also had some privacy issues with other tenants and me, a woman living alone is really unacceptable and my concerns were taken lightly.
A fair place for the price. Appliances and finishes are probably from the 80s. I definitely left the place cleaner than I found it. And there was quite a bug infestation. Earwigs. Could be worse as bugs go though. Earwigs don't do anything. They don't care about food, they don't bite, and they don't want to share a room with you. They just want your water. Management did spray for them promptly when I asked about it, but the earwigs didn't even blink. I just stopped leaving standing water around and they stopped visiting. At the time it was what could be afforded. I probably wouldn't chose to live there again, but if it were the only option available I would not be too distressed.

It is a pleasure giving my review about the apartment i am living in, it's completely different from other apartments. Mainly the amenities it has got is wonderful, for a new comer it's perfect. Maintenance of the surroundings is outstanding and has got a great view. I wish one who is looking for an apartment should visit here before making any decisions.
