I feel like the complex wants rent but doesn't wanna do anything that the tenants asks. The management has changed and it's a lot of hiccups now that I hadn't seen when I first moved here. It's very irritating.
I've been here 16 yrs and finally got a new stove. I like fox pointe, although they need to update apartments with new cabinets.

Parking sucks. No where for your visitors to park because management does nothing about sitting in visiting parking for months. I use to compliment management. But things has changed and there's constantly new faces in the leasing office.

If I could give 0 stars I would. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS HEADACHE OF A PLACE!! They NEVER answer the phones. I have called 20x in a row still nothing. Worked with Dodiah who pretty much told me they were going to “push my application through” despite a credit alert that kept popping up on my credit due to my social security card being stolen. Had me thinking I was approved and moving on to the next step, ONLY to receive an email saying I’m denied. One of the reasons being “fraud alert”. Seems as though no one knows what they are talking about and they definitely don’t care about you. Just answer the phones so I can get my $300 back or I will take further actions!!! Save yourself the headache and don’t even apply here!!!! They need to close this place down!!! NO WAY THIS IS A 4/5 STAR!!

Office and maintenance personnel are very courteous and professional. Landscaping is done on a regular basis, which helps make Fox Pointe feel like our home. We appreciate all of their efforts.

I have no problem with the community per se, I have a problem with the way their maintenance problems are handled. It takes too long to address ANY problems be it minor or major.

I don’t recommend no one moving into fox pointe,the outside of it look good but the inside look nice for a while then everything falls down .you can put in multiple orders about the same thing and no one will fix it .they would send some out to look at what’s wrong then never come back to fix the problem.I been waiting 6 months for my work order to be completed but it never have but they sent me a updated stated that the order has been resolve which it wasn’t .now it’s more stuff need to be fixed .

Our Management personnel are terrific; we always receive a quick response, they are always polite and courteous, great employees of Greystar. Landscaping work has been fantastic; grass cut, hedges and trees trimmed. They clean up all debris after they finish their work.

I have only been here 3 weeks. Due to new ownership and changing of systems it has been hard to comunicate with staff thru portal. However once i reached out via email problems were solved.

If you are tight on cash this is a reasonable place to live until you can find better arrangements. I have lived here for 3 years and my biggest complaints is the school district is extremely poor. I live close to the leasing office which is the safest place versus living towards the back of the complex where a lot of ignorant things happen. Maintenance is shady at best and you have to stay on them to make sure the job is done correctly. The office staff is nonchalant when it comes to your issues with your apartment however I just kill them with kindness and continue to keep them accountable for the things I need done in my apartment. I have noticed since we had over 23 break ins in one day and channel 5 had to come they are adding more lighting around the complex and cutting down trees that can obscure a tenants vision. Overall its not the best place I have ever lived however for the economical place my family was in it was a blessing but now its time for our family to move on. I pray that this place will continue to improve and be a blessing to others in similar situations as I found myself in.
