I’ve lived here 5 years had 4 different property managers we lost our parking cover to the snow last year and were continually told it was going to be taken care of and it wasn’t months afterward and they never give the full story. It’s a great location but the issues that aren’t taken care of over and over again are kinda not cool.
stay away aside from the current manager and her husband the grounds keeper who are great coudent get any worse corporate office will do every thing possible to harass you and screw you every way possible they don't take care of grounds during winter and after the car ports collapse on you they tell you oh well park at Safeway not our responsibility make sure to have proper document's on every thing or Jessica from there corporate office will do everything possible to screw you over she enjoys screwing people over and pocketing your money plus they raise the rent every 6 months and horribly drug use there find anywhere else
Great apartments for a great deal. Our apartment was extremely clean when we moved in and the carpet looked new. The manager is really nice and she is always smiling!
