The Parkington side always gets neglected, we are still sitting on ice. She has not treated the Parking lot before or after the snow. She does not answer the phone, she is not in the office on time and she doesn’t have any knowledge of the position.
We have been living here for a few years now. The area is safe compared to other regions in Baltimore. Our awesome manager (Ester) gives 100% to ensure our needs are met and pays great attention to details. We consider her a great asset to your business. From S.Daley
The pool is absolutely fabulous, and the property is always well-kept and pristine. The staff feels like family!
It’s just a numbers game to these people. They don’t take complaints seriously. Management dodges calls. Litter everywhere. Used to be my peace of mind but now I’m ready to go.
Complex is always clean. Maintenance comes right away. And it’s quiet 99% of the time. My only issue is thin floors.
Poor communication from the new property management company. Once you move here they will increase your rent. Since the new management I have had an increase on my utilities and rent raised by $400 in a year. I have an old unit and now will literally be paying more than the newly renovated price! So new renters beware because the prices online is a lie.
