Fox Glen Apartments

The Parkington side always gets neglected, we are still sitting on ice. She has not treated the Parking lot before or after the snow. She does not answer the phone, she is not in the office on time and she doesn’t have any knowledge of the position.

We have been living here for a few years now. The area is safe compared to other regions in Baltimore. Our awesome manager (Ester) gives 100% to ensure our needs are met and pays great attention to details. We consider her a great asset to your business. From S.Daley

The pool is absolutely fabulous, and the property is always well-kept and pristine. The staff feels like family!

It’s just a numbers game to these people. They don’t take complaints seriously. Management dodges calls. Litter everywhere. Used to be my peace of mind but now I’m ready to go.

Complex is always clean. Maintenance comes right away. And it’s quiet 99% of the time. My only issue is thin floors.

Poor communication from the new property management company. Once you move here they will increase your rent. Since the new management I have had an increase on my utilities and rent raised by $400 in a year. I have an old unit and now will literally be paying more than the newly renovated price! So new renters beware because the prices online is a lie.

Living in Fox Glen has been a horrible experience. I was living in a basement unit. The surface of the unit was nice due to the fact that it was an undated unit but if you look closely at the flooring in the kitchen, there were gaps where you could see the old floor and the floor was lifting in the laundry room near the boiler. The renovation were done poorly. The neighbors above me were extremely noisy to where I could not sleep at night and the office did NOTHING about it. They say they care but they really done. Also, be weary of the reviews because they gave out gift cards to residents who gave 5 star reviews.

I have been living at Fox Glen for over a decade and I couldn't be happier! The maintenance and the management are both consistently amazing. For a father like me it's important to know that I have a safe neighborhood to come home to. There is no better choice for an apartment community than Fox Glen.

I have lived here at Fox Glen for almost four years now and can't think of any other place that I would want to live. The neighborhood is just so serene, beautiful landscape and a park like setting. The leasing manager and staff are so pleasant. Maintenance responds quickly and gets the work done efficiently!! I love it here. The quiet is so wonderful!! There is great parking here at Fox Glen also!!

The staff is very responsive and the Maintenance crew is always on their game. Also the ground keep is amazing.

I love it here. We are in the city but it doesn't feel like it. Its nice and quiet here and the neighbors are friendly. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and I LOVE that I have a full size washer/dryer in my unit. This is my 3rd year here and I have no complaints!

I feel safe here an it’s a quiet neighborhood. Never had any issues with maintenance and they come quick. No bug or rodent problems. Friendly office staff. One of best apartments complexes in the area.

Before Moving to Fox Glen I was stressed trying to find an affordable apartment with great living conditions. Then I came across Fox Glen! Apartments are clean, rodent free, and the leasing office team is excellent! Best Move Choice I made!- Sylvia D.

I'm a long time resident at Fox Glen Apartments! The area is nice an quiet! The office and maintenance team are very nice and get things done! The Property Manager AJ is very approachable. She always goes above and beyond!

I absolutely love it here, the area is very quiet, the neighbors are nice and the staff here is awesome. My apartment is so cozy & relaxing, However the walls are thin and we can hear everything our neighbors do that’s my problem. If I ever I need anything fixed maintenance come in a timely manner to fix everything, I never have a problem with maintenance orders. Overall I would definitely recommend Fox Glen Apartments to a friend

The neighborhood is quiet and I feel safe in the community. The apartment is spacious and the laundry being in the unit is a plus. I have had a few minor issues that needed to be addressed and they were completed very quickly. I'm on a ground level unit and it tends to be chilly so the heat has to be up higher than normal. The property and community is overall nice and convenient.

Overpriced for sure ! The equipment in kitchen and bathroom are old. They can't work efficiently. The walls are not effective to block any noise. The ceiling makes extreme noise when upstair neighbors walk. The building are old and NOT well-maintained Leasing office does not makes an effort to solve problems. Stay away from this property!! NOT recommend !!!

Compared to my last apartments this is by far the best. I love my washer dryer. I live on the ground floor so my neighbors are not too loud but I do hear them especially there child but fairly ok. I would say I just have a bad ant problem but I think it was resolved hopefully. The living room does stay cold I just think because it’s a big area. I would recommend family and friends to move here it’s quiet and I always have a parking spot regardless of what time I come home so that’s a blessing.

The walls of this place are PAPER THIN! We hear everything the upstairs neighbors do. We can tell what song or TV show they are enjoying because we hear every word. The leasing office does nothing. There is NO sound barrier between floors. Vastly over priced for such horrid living conditions. I the only reason I'm giving it 1 star is because the grounds are well maintained.
