It's an amazing property the light fixtures, space in the closet, gym 24 hours. The complex is huge, I had a great experience with maintenance that a plus for me.

Fourteen01is located in the middle of the Orlando, convenient to everything. The gym is amazing, the nature scene is relaxing, and the pools are nice, and clean.

I recently moved in, and so far, everything has been great! The place is exactly as described, and the transition was smooth. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and the amenities are well-maintained. The apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortable. I've had no issues with appliances or utilities, and communication with the management has been prompt and helpful. I find the staff and maintenance here to be outstanding. The community is VERY well kept. Lit so it is safe to maintenance team their the BEST very professional and they take pride in what they do. I'd recommend 1401 Resort Style Living to anyone.

I really like living here, the size of the apartment is great, but there are a lot of cockroaches and the maintenance is not quick to return.

This community has had some big changes in the last couple months, The gym has been remodeled, the tennis court has been resurfaced, The gates work, im impressed!

My experience with Fourteen 01 has been okay so far. I’ve had several issues with my unit that haven’t been fully addressed, even though it’s been a week since I moved in. I understand that things take time, but I wasn’t able to see the unit beforehand due to a ‘toilet’ issue, and I wish I had, so I could have addressed these problems before moving in. I’ve put in multiple work orders and spoken to different staff members, but I’m still waiting for these issues to be fixed.

From the beginning to the end I have experienced nothing but pleasure from the leasing team in the office to the maintenance supervisor coming over to explain how the ac works. Such a nice place to call home !

It hasn’t been a good experience and if my lease didn’t only go up $40 the last renewal, I never would’ve renewed it

I personally find it an amazing place to live Been here 6 years -very little maintenance my apartment is maintenance well. Maintenance and Front desk office staff we have a very good relationship and that overall means the MOST to ME.
