Property Ratings at Fourteen01 Apartments
The complex is beautiful and peaceful. Very clean and the neighbors are quiet. The surrounding area is perfect, an absolute 10/10. The amenities are gear too; love the gym. The pool area needs some love, but the pools are clean and decent size. The staff here are very professional and lovely. The application process was a breeze, calling the phone sometimes is a pain but that’s because the staff attend to their residence needs so well they can’t always pick up the phone. Everything is clear during the briefing when picking up your keys. I’d say definitely come check it out, it’s a great place to live but please make sure you tour inside the apartment to ensure it meets your needs
Awful, I should have moved out within the first month when the paint on my ceiling fell in and my stove electrocuted me, I regret staying here more every month because more and more issues keep popping up
If I knew the apartments were like this I would have never moved over here.

Moved in to a dirty, roach infested unit, and the management does not care. I have never seen so much roaches in my life and it is traumatizing my children, making them scream every time there’s roaches. And they are everywhere!

I recently moved in, and so far, everything has been great! The place is exactly as described, and the transition was smooth. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and the amenities are well-maintained. The apartment is clean, spacious, and comfortable. I really like living here, the size of the apartment is great, but there are a lot of cockroaches and the maintenance is not quick to return.

This community has had some big changes in the last couple months, The gym has been remodeled, the tennis court has been resurfaced, The gates work, im impressed!

My experience with Fourteen 01 has been okay so far. I’ve had several issues with my unit that haven’t been fully addressed, even though it’s been a week since I moved in. I understand that things take time, but I wasn’t able to see the unit beforehand due to a ‘toilet’ issue, and I wish I had, so I could have addressed these problems before moving in. I’ve put in multiple work orders and spoken to different staff members, but I’m still waiting for these issues to be fixed.

From the beginning to the end I have experienced nothing but pleasure from the leasing team in the office to the maintenance supervisor coming over to explain how the ac works. Such a nice place to call home !

Move to Fourteen 01 Apartments has bought me joy of having my own place and having such a nice staff help me move into my first apartment. I enjoyed from the tour to the move-in being explained briefly into my apartment being nice and clean or moving day. Thank you Alberto for everything.

It hasn’t been a good experience and if my lease didn’t only go up $40 the last renewal, I never would’ve renewed it
