This is such a great place to live. The staff is wonderful and attentive !! I always felt very safe in my apartment but also the neighborhood. It's close to everything !!!!! The pools never to busy and always clean in the summertime !! My favorite place to live!
I'm in college at South and have lived here for about a year. When we first moved in we didn't have a steady manager for awhile. Now we have a new manager and new maintenance man that we really like. Their used to be a problem with bugs but now they are gone. Yes there is some noise but it's an apartment so noise happens. We are happy and love being so close to campus.

Infested with roaches. You hear everything the neighboris saying. I hear snoring almost everynight. And the footsteps all day long. I'm like do these people ever sleep. I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

I like my apartment, its close to campus and the office staff is nice. I was told these were built in 1976 but they are roomy. My roommate and I have plenty of space and not intruding on each other.
