Property Ratings at Fountain Park Apartments
When I moved in many rennovations were not complete and there was mold growing in various locations. The garbage cans are very far away and not considerate of many locations especially in the winter, they moved a central one for a further location. Cost is too high for what you receive. Overall would not recommend.
Norma & Stephanie are great! Always helpful and actually care about the residents! Maintenance is super helpful too!
