Property Ratings at Four Seasons Apartments
The location of the buildings is located close to Des Moines university, and they have garages as well as uncovered parking for the cars. The way the apartments are built facilitates the cars access, and in the middle of the facility there are several amenities for recreation such as indoor and outdoor pools, and BBQ areas among others available. We saw students that looked happy, safe, and comfortable while we were visiting. The owner showed us the facilities and the apartment. We loved the apartment. Everything is with good quality and looks like new. Love the floors that are easy to clean, and the refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher are in good condition. The is a two-bedroom one bathroom apartment, so our son will have his bedroom with walking closet, and an office for study. It has a dining and living room spaces for furniture and a porch or balcony. Finding a nice apartment for our son after a long trip was really a blessing. This experience just demonstrated that the owner of Four Seasons Apartments continues thriving for providing high quality to their customer. We give five stars to Four Seasons Apartment. Keep up the good work!

Thank you for the five star review! It is always nice to hear from our tenants and know that they are happy living here at Four Seasons! We have a super staff and are always available if tenants have a problem so I hope your son has an enjoyable stay while he is here.
Honestly this place was a great place to live while I was in medical school. Walking distance to DMU, close to downtown, Ingersoll bars and restaurants, and parks. It was always well kept up and clean, never had any issues with safety, noise or getting ahold of landlord when needed things. We were here 4 years, had the same neighbors the whole time. Parking was never an issue. The place could use some updating, but they’ve been slowing working on that. A lot of medical students also live here. Worth a look, we enjoyed it and rent was reasonable.

Thank you for the great review. It is always nice to hear what our tenants have to say about their living experience. We did update the refrigerators, stoves and even put microwaves in all the units so if you are ever looking to come back, you are more than welcome.
This apartment is in a great location in Des Moines. It is quiet, safe, and within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. It's also a quick cab/bike ride away from downtown! The building might not look very modern but it is clean and well kept! Friendly maintenance staff are always around fixing things. There is also an indoor and outdoor pool. Parking is never an issue, which is worth mentioning! It is great for people who are on a budget but want to feel safe and live in a cool area.
