Lisa, It's manager, is friendly and caring quick to, quick to take care of any problems with the apartment, should they occur, she's good people. Don and Julian, the maintenance guys, do an excellent job, especially when you consider the size of Fountainvew Terrace The only problem , I have with Fountainvew, is the property has no surveillance, other than the office and the pool area.

I moved here in April 2025 and absolutely love it. Lisa, the property manager, is awesome—she was so helpful throughout the application process and made my transition from a house to an apartment much easier. I can still hear her reassuring me, “Everything will be fine.” I truly appreciate her kindness and support. The maintenance staff is also amazing—they keep the grounds clean and the lawn beautifully maintained, which is greatly appreciated. The building itself is very quiet, and the neighborhood has so much to offer. You’re surrounded by shops, markets, restaurants, and laundry services. For exercise, there are plenty of places to walk your pet or ride your bike. It really doesn’t get better than this. Thanks again, Lisa, for your kindness and reassurance!

I recently moved in to Fountainview Terrace and I love it here. Our apartment Manager Lisa has been such a big help as I adjust to moving out of my childhood home and i definitely recommend to anyone looking.

My Daughter recently moved into your apartment, and I am thrilled ! The apartment is so spacious and super clean. I love that she is in a secure setting, with no entry without being buzzed in ! The staff is super friendly and there when you need them. Lisa, the apartment manager is awesome, making sure all your needs are met. Would definitely recommend these apartments !!

The stability & comfort is priceless. I love living here, maintenance is fast & organized, for my situation, it took no longer than 12 hours. It’s very peaceful & the new model update is worth it. If you’re looking for a new home, you won’t be disappointed with Fountainview.

Have lived here for nearly 11 years. Have never had a problem. Very quiet. Any maintenance issues are quickly and efficiently handled. Great location with easy access to all major freeways and main surface streets. Safe and secure.

My fiance and I lived here for a little over 2 years and it was a great place to live! The neighbors were quiet, the maintenance technicians responded to work orders quickly, and Rhonda, the property manager, was very friendly. Many of the negative reviews are from residents who most likely did not follow the community guidelines, which are clearly outlined in the lease agreement and enforced by the leasing staff with regular reminders. If any of the reminders were unclear, Rhonda and her team were more then happy to answer any questions. The property is in a convenient location and the lease even includes a carport, which is very rare for the area. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would have continued to live here if we had not decided to relocate due to new job opportunities.

I have lived at Fountainview Terrace for almost a year now. The grounds are kept clean, snow removal is effective and timely, the apartment was nice (newly re-done when I moved in), the area safe, and maintenance quick to respond. For instance, if I called in a request at 5:30 pm, I saw the maintenance man working on it at 8:30 am the very next day. I have absolutely no complaints about the complex.
