The place is nice but don’t expect to get your security deposit back. It’s been over a year and we still have not received ours. We have called every month just to get the same answer that they will talk to the main office but nothing is ever done and we still haven’t gotten it. I didn’t want to leave a back review but it’s getting ridiculous we still haven’t gotten it.
I love living here!!! It‘s so beautiful and quiet and nowhere in Conway has amenities as nice as here. Looking forward to being here a very long time.

The minute we walked in the front door, we knew this was "home." Beautiful, from the dark hardwood floors, rich dark wood cabinetry, the fireplace, deep kitchen double sinks, new stainless appliances, island and best, to the deep soaking tub and the all-glass walk in shower in both bathrooms! Just gorgeous and high-end. Then there are the fabulous amenities! The Admin building is decorated to the "nines" and quite elegant. The HUGE fitness center, game room, cafe, wow, I could go on. The staff, AMAZING! always friendly, helpful and fun! I love all the activities they offer us all year 'round. This is not just where we live. Everything about Fountaine Bleau offers and encourages Community. I feel very safe here. Everything is tastefully and brightly lit up. The level of care and the zero tolerance for shenanigans they offer us residents (24/7) is AAA+++. The plush grounds are spotless and always well groomed. Any maintenance requests we may have, are answered within 24 hours. The entire staff here are First Class! Friendly and polite. They take pride in maintaining where we (the residents) live. The Pool, with realistic palm trees, firepits, cabanas, grills and resort-style seating, along with everything else offered here for us, is like being at a resort on vacation year-round! We LOVE IT here!

Having lived at FBC for 6+ months we absolutely love it, some of the many perks we enjoy- The wifi is included in rent and works well The movie theater room is fabulous Gym is filled with new equipment Pet areas are large and have great upkeep Apartments are spacious with great appliances I would recommend to any of my friends and family.

Fontaine Bleau is a very beautiful apartment complex with great staff! It is newly built and less than 10 mins away from UCA, CBC and Hendrix. It probably has one of the best pool in Conway, a great theater and a great gym! Would definitely recommend!

After months of searching and touring some less than ideal complexes in Conway we came across Fountaine Bleau. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and made the leasing process incredibly stress free -if you've rented before you know how rare that can be. We moved from out of state and were able to handle everything seamlessly via zoom and email. Now to get into the complex itself. It is a 3 story building so you cannot be disillusioned to the noise of neighbors walking about if you have someone above you (you will never not hear a neighbor or two in an apartment). However the other tenants seem to abide by the 10pm quiet hours and we've yet to have a problem. it is in fact a lot quieter through the wall then any previously place I've rented. The dog parks are very spacious and pet owners clean up after their dogs. Some may consider the rent "high" for the area but given the amenities I think its well worth it ! We use the movie theater frequently as well as the TWO gyms and large pool, when you add up the cost of movie trips, gym memberships and so on (in my opinion) it justifies the price. They also have a night attendant so you're able to use all amenities until 10pm. The only "con" is the lack of parking occasionally and you sometimes have to walk a ways to get to your building if you don't want to pay for a garage, but new parking passes will hopefully fix this ! Maintenance requests are answered quickly and skillfully, while I don't love the quarterly apartment walk throughs I do appreciate that they ensure no neighbors are living in conditions that would attract pests or other unwelcome things. Kitchens are large and unlike anything else you will find in Conway with loads of storage and a HUGE fridge (a rarity in apartment living). As a final mention that was a concern to me -yes they are still finishing building but NO, you do not hear any noise from construction ! Overall I give FBC a 9/10
