We love our floor plan but feel as though some updates could be made to the apartment itself (Air Conditioning, Blinds, Leaks, Patio door locks,etc.) We’ve had issues repeatedly with our AC over the past few weeks, going from leaking, to partially not working, then completely broken with no air. One bedroom still doesn’t get that much cool air movement, which we were told was just due to the floor plan and nothing can be done about it. The AC fan is also very loud which we were told can’t be changed. This would have been something we would like to have known before moving in. The appliances are nice, aside from some minor malfunctioning, but were fixed by maintenance. Our unit could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly before move-in but overall was in good condition. The staff has been very nice and has been available to handle most issues. Maintenance staff is helpful but we have had issues with them entering without knocking and leaving our door open, knowing we have a cat. This is something that I hope will never happen again, since we have made it extremely clear that no maintenance is to enter our unit without calling first, due to us having a pet that can easily maneuver outside of the door if left open. Overall we are happy here but there are things that we wish we would’ve been aware of before moving in and things we wish could be improved.

Excellent staff
We aren't currently residents yet, but Logan and the office staff have been nothing but fantastic. We were searching for a new apartment complex and Logan has worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were able to tour floor plans and find an available unit that fits with our needs and move in date. Logan has been in constant communication with me and she even got us a baby gift for our baby that is due in the Summer! She has provided us better service than our current complex who doesn't even remember us or what unit we're in! I will update review when we move in :)

Staff is nice and the outside of the place is neat but I wish they would make sure the inside is neat also when there is a complaint. The maintenance is also great. The Apartments has change alot since 2021. When night came, people went to sleep or at least knew it was time to get quiet. Now you have some who are not quiet and don't care to keep the area clean. Other then that, the place is good.

Maintenance is the worst, I get that these are older apartments but they should be completely inspected before new tenant moves in.

Great for first time apartment owners
Logan and Megan have made me and my partners moving experience so easy! We are first time apartment owners and I don’t think we could have a chosen a better place other than FountainWood to settle down! They walked us through everything when it came to paperwork, how to get things set up for our apartment and just have been the sweetest and supportive people ever!

I really quite enjoy living here. This is my first apartment experience and my expectations have been far exceeded! Communication with the teams is top notch and swift responses from the maintenance team have ensured a wonderful living experience for me. This complex is also right next to the airport, a highway, and some locally owned restaurants and shoppes, which for me is a great selling point. I highly recommend living here! Im certainly glad I chose to.

Good afternoon, We know that criminal activity is alarming, and we don't want any of our residents to feel less safe in their homes due to recent events. When crime does find its way into our community, we take it very seriously. The entire Bear Creek area, including Fountain Wood, has experienced car break-ins over the past 4-6 months. We do have an on-site courtesy officer and have had him patrol more often. The property will be getting the existing exterior lighting replaced in the next 30 days to make things brighter and hopefully deter more crime. If you see any suspicious person or activity at our community, please report it to the Euless Police Department, as well as to our office so our team can keep track and keep an eye out. Noise, loud music and conversations from cars that some neighbors turn up their speakers, have increased especially on the weekends, early weekday mornings and sometimes weekdays nights. Neighbors still must be considerate of others. Also be mindful of their speed.

Foutainwood Apartments located at 750 East Mid-cities Blvd. Euless Tx is a great place to stay. The location is great for traffic and you are 20 minutes away from many major attractions. The community is safe and pet friendly with a very nice and clean dog park located within walking distance. Fountainwood apartments on-site management team will assist you with your needs. The maintenance team is awesome very professional and response time is incredible. The community is very clean and well kept. This location is 6 minutes away from DFW Airport. If you are moving to the DFW area this would be a great place to settle down.

Weve lived here for 5 years and its been wonderful!!! The property is beautiful, we love our apartment. Our neighbors are great, too. The staff is always friendly, kind and welcoming.
