Property Ratings at Fountain Place Apartments
I dread coming home most days. The two bedrooms are basic compared to other local options. Air circulation is poor due to the layout, so mold is a concern. Noise can be a problem due to the building structure. Dog waste and parking is an ongoing problem. Homeless people visit from the woods to access the facilities and the list goes on. The lawn and pool are kept up. Besides that, the property is declining in multiple ways.
Recently our complex has undergone a transition in local management. We could not be happier with the service and supervision of Patti! We live right near the office and she always greets our family with a genuine greeting and smile. She really watched over the property during Hurricane Ian. Even staying on property the entirety and brought her own grill to help residents out when we lost power for two days! Thank you Patti, Carl & Management!
