Fountain court is the best apartment complex to live in.people are great they treat with respect.the landlord is the best
The leasing manager Jonathan was very friendly and helpful. My apartment is newly renovated and beautiful. I love the I flooring and my patio. It's been a very pleasant first month!
Jonathan the general manager and the maintenance guys are very good at what they do, they definitely keep this place running with what resources they have to work with. I have read a lot of reviews in the past that weren't so good but since Jonathan is taking over things have really changed for the better.
Rent has been going up a lot. Many neighbors have a/c units that do not work correctly. Washers are always breaking. Drug bust just happened. It was like watching an episode of Cops! People around here smoke weed like crazy.

Problems are not fixed in a timely manner. The a/c units are old and keep running even if off (could result in a high electric bill.) Things like water/trash/ sewer can be between $50-80. Parking in a pain. People breaking into cars. Some of the neighbors use drug. Cops get called.
