We love the community at Foster and also feel like it’s the best location in downtown Durham! The building staff is friendly and maintenance is so efficient. Our ice maker stopped working and they replaced it the next day which is unheard of in other places

We love the location and community at foster! Everyone is so friendly and we can walk to so many good food and drink places around downtown. The amenities are good and maintenance is responsive too

The location can’t be beat and the staff is nice but either the elevator or the parking gate has been broken for a year. It’s adversely affected my feeling of pets

Everyone is so kind here. I feel very lucky to have joined the community at Foster on the Park. Great amenities and location too. The move in the process was very easy and it's so convenient to have parking included. I also appreciate how clean and new everything is in the entire building.

Office staff are very responsive, and the common areas are spotless, tastefully designed, and inviting. Most importantly, I love the location and views.

Moved in yesterday, first impression, cozy! Extremely excited about the events and the restaurants around the neighborhood. Can’t wait to call my friends home to show off my apartment..

I absolutely love Foster on the Park. The residents are nice and respectful, the employees are incredibly helpful, and its so quiet given how central it is in town! The parking deck does get full quickly so I do have to park on the street many times, which I don't love, but that is my biggest complaint. Definitely recommend!

In general, I love living in this complex. The location is great, the layout is great, the staff is nice. My one big complaint is the package room system. I can have multiple packages in the room for a week and still never get a code to get them out. This is frustrating as it means I have to be available during a time the staff is in the office to have them unlock it for me (which they are happy to do!). I wish there was a better system for that but I otherwise am very happy

The community is so friendly and open to new comers. The building is well maintained and we love being so walkable to all the breweries and restaurants that downtown has to offer!

Foster on the Park is more than an apartment building, it's a community. The staff treats us like family, and our neighbors have become friends.

I love living at Foster on the Park. I enjoy the downtown location and close proximity to activities in walking distance. The farmers market is right out the door.

The move-in was flawless! Evinn was incredibly helpful and I had no issues getting moved. They provided a trolly for me so moving my things from my car was a cinch. Very happy with my experience.

I was very happy with my overall experience so far as a resident. My tour and move in process was mostly seamless and everyone has been so welcoming and friendly. My unit and the building is very clean, well-kept as well.

Over just a few months, our whole family has made their way to Foster on the Park. This has quickly become “home” - and the staff here at Foster is a big reason why.

Recently moved in.. the location is amazing, the apartment is wonderful , the amenities in the building are great however the best part is the management that made this move so easy and were professional and helpful throughout the move. I would recommend this building to anyone !

It has only been a week since I’ve moved in and I’m already happier than my previous resident. I look forward to coming home every day. Loving the community and the staff has been incredible !

This building isn’t ideal. It’s not worth the money. You can hear every step t from the apartment above you. The two elevators take turns breaking down. The residents let their dogs use the bathroom at the back door and it smells.

Best location in town and fabulous staff who are always willing to go the extra mile. I would not live anywhere else. Definitely feels like home!

So easy to move in and tenants so kind! I was given a reserved elevator key which made the process a breeze. Many people stopped and offered to help me lift furniture. Great community!

Foster on the Park is a lovely community. The management is top notch and the residents that I have been privileged to meet are kind and welcoming. What makes living here even better than all of this and the great downtown location is how warmly they treat my family when they come to visit. My adult children and my elderly mother are pleased with the building, the management, and the vibe. They love to visit. Even my Grand Dog loves it!

Great place to live. Nice apartments, great location, nice people. It does get a little noisy at times outside being next to Durham Central Park and across from the food hall but that just speaks to how vibrant and lively downtown Durham is.

Foster on the Park is awesome! We've loved living here because it's super new, clean, fun, convenient, and staff members (from leasing to maintenance) are so nice. Laundry in-unit, huge showers, great water pressure, modern aesthetic, Nest thermostats, huge kitchen sinks, nightly trash butler, lots of cute communal areas (penthouse hangout, 1st floor den/work space, pool courtyard with grill/fire pit/tables, and gym with small yoga room). The studio & 1-bedroom apartments are kind of small and pricey for what you get, but the brand new, clean, nice finishes, and amentities make it worth it.

Foster on the Park has the most helpful, considerate and kind staff of the 4 different apartments I’ve lived in in the past few years. The staff here remembers your name, will check in with you to make sure your experience is great, and even treat your guests like family! I’ve had countless helpful experiences with the staff here—if a package is delivered to the wrong place, they have brought it up to my door. If I can’t get something to work in the apartment (which rarely happens) they respond immediately with help. And the location of the apartment is the cherry on top! Lots of food options, you can see Durham Central Park events from the sky lounge, and close to Duke. I couldn’t ask for a better experience in Durham and don’t want to leave anytime soon!

My family and I toured the property and it's BEAUTIFUL! The units were amazing and the location was smack dab in the middle of downtown Durham with so much to do! The apartments are luxurious with beautiful upgrades and finishes. I LOVE the staff members! They're so friendly and caring! Family and I are hoping to move in the end of August/beginning of September and we can't wait!!
