Property Ratings at Forty649 North Hills
I would like to personally thank Ariane M. for assisting me in finding the perfect apartment in just a few short days and doing all this from out of town. She was kind and courteous and always replied quickly and explained everything in timely manner. I personally felt like she treated me like family, and becoming a new tenant this process was new to me and she was very helpful and educated. The staff there is so helpful! The apartments are beautiful and conveniently located near the freeway and close to all your shopping needs. Thank you Ariane again for taking the time to help me find my new home, your hospitality was extraordinary and I am glad to be apart of this wonderful community!!!
It is a really good place to live. Maintaince is always top notch, and the staff is always having events for residents. Quiet place with access to Walmart, Marshall’s and Big Lots just across the street. Quiet and safe neighborhood
Honestly, terrible place to live for the money. This is one of the "Luxury" apartments in El Paso, with a price tag to go with it. Currently, the ground ( ALL grassy areas and BOTH dog parks) have been out of the "complimentary" waste bags. The result, dog waste EVERWHERE! This is a constant issue with this property. I cannot let my children play outside or I risk having them covered in it; HIGHLY UNSANITARY!!!! I would never have thought the waste bags to be an issue here, especially considering the $700.00 PER animal deposit, $350 you do not get back; what is our money going to? Our dogs are constantly becoming sick, almost every time we actually decide to take them to either "dog park"; so thank you for all my Vet bills. For all those looking for a home to call your own, keep looking!!!! Or at least walk the grounds yourself first, and you will agree. But there are 4-5 star reviews?!?!?!? The management offers A RAFFLE to win tickets to some minor league events, every so often, for those who leave those reviews.
Having moved from MA it's wonderful to have trees, grass, decorative shrubs, etc. The staff is amazing very friendly, courteous, and any issues were resolved immediately. My apartment is comfortable and all the appliances and HVAC work very well. A plaza is right across the street with a store for everything you need. The highway is a couple of minutes away. Maybe it's the location of my apartment but noise has never been an issue. Highly recommend.
The apartments aren't bad, but the staff is scandalous. They will tow your vehicles even when they do have proper registration and they will " lose" your move in papers and try to make you pay for the horrible carpet that is the same as it was when you moved in. I wish I never moved in here.
My husband & I just moved in & we love it here!!! The staff is amazing, & any concerns you have they take care of them right away! The complex is so beautiful & everyone that lives here are so kind & repectful. Hands down the best apartments in El Paso!!
The Bungalows at North Hills is an all around great place to live! The staff is very friendly and helpful! And the community is great. I have felt to at home here!
My husband and I are so happy we chose to live at The Bungalows At North Hills. The community is always kept clean. The front staff and maintenance are very friendly very helpful. If we had any problems with our apartment, the front staff took care of our work order right away and maintenence came out that day to fix it. I love that this community is pet friendly as well. We love the amenities our community provides its residents!
Well run, new apartments in good condition. A nice gym, laundry room and pool facility on the premises. Covered parking and garages are available for extra fees.
The bungalows of north hills is a welcomed change in the El Paso landscape because of its luxury feel and east coast charm all bedrooms have walkin closets appliances are included a full and clean gym and a beautiful pool manicured lawns and awesome security with gates and electronic locks and security guards,perfect for small family's.
