Forrest Hills Apartments

Such a great place to call home! I've lived here with my family for over 6 years and love it! The gym is 24 hours a day and the maintenance and management team have always been very quick to respond to any issues!

The staff here from the manager on down to the third party lawn mowing team is as accommodating as one could ask for. The entire staff makes you feel like your needs are top priority no matter how trivial the request actually is. They all pay attention to detail and take pride in their work. My dad lived here years ago, the manager and one of the maintenance guys were there then, still here now, with the same can do attitude. When I was looking for an apartment I visited several. None with the can do or will do attitude of Savnnah. I've talked to several staff members about how welcoming this place is and they all say Savannah drives perfection. It shows! Cleanliness is top notch.

I've lived here for a while with no issue but over the last couple of years It has gotten worse. I've been stopped in the middle of the night in my own apartment complex walking to the mailbox by police officers to ask where I am headed. Frankly it is none of their business what I'm doing in my own apartment complex. The maintenance team is really awesome here. They take care of what you need so that's a nice little plus. Recently I've been working from home, And since my car hadn't moved they tried to have Holcomb's recovery tow it. I found out in time and stopped them but had to pay $70 to get them to unhook my car. I was never communicated with about anything regarding my car. And if I hadn't noticed it would have been hundreds of dollars to get it out of in pound. I highly recommend searching for some place that respects your personal life and belongings. This place is not it.

This is the best apartment complex to live in in Hot Springs! I would know because my husband and I have lived here for 5 years! Jamie, Savannah, and Anthony are the best team. They are quick to help in any way possible and really care about their residents. We have always had any issue within our unit fixed within a short amount of time. I recommend this apartment complex to every person I know. The amenities such as the gyn, pool, and playground are great and always well kept. The dog park has been a great addition. My pups absolutely love it. The grounds are always well maintained and are absolutely beautiful.

I have lived at Forrest Hills for over five years. The managers and maintenance staff go far and beyond the call of duty in making Forrest Hills a wonderful and enjoyable place to live. They all work very hard to ensure Forrest Hills has a peaceful, family atmosphere. Anytime I have needed something worked on, they took care of it right away. The manager and maintenance staff are some of the most compassionate, kindest and considerate people you will ever meet. Forrest Hills is a truly great place to live!!

I have lived with the property for almost five years. I have shared life changing moments with the management team who have been nothing but great to work with, and quick to respond to any needs I had. The maintenance man is always keeping the property clean and takes care of any of the problems if they arise. You’ll love being here!

I have lived out here since they were built, and I absolutely love it. The apartments are nice and spacious. It's a place you can make it your own home. The management is the best. If anything is broke or goes out, make the one phone call and its fixed. There is so much to living here. You are out of town. It's quite, the grounds are kept up and a clean place. We have a fully stocked pond, gym, pool and a dog park, and a park for the kiddos. It's a family friendly place. The view I have is abosolutely beautiful and wonderful neighbors. If your looking for a safe place to make a home for yourself or family, Forrest Hills is the place and you will not regret it.

I just moved to Hot Springs and found these apartments and couldn’t be more happy with them. I moved here for college a few months ago and everyone has been nothing but kind to me. I looked at a lot of other choices in Hot Springs but the friendliness of the management staff is what sold me. They both were understanding and so sweet to me during the whole moving in process. The property itself is very well kept and has many families throughout the complex. it’s a gated community with a code and i’ve noticed two or three on site officers if need be. I love my new apartment so much and i highly highly recommend them.

Pretty grounds and apartments. Office staff is kind and helpful. Children love the playground. I love the pond. Quiet and homey!

DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT HERE!!! Two years later they placed a collection of over $800 on my credit. NEVER called or anything...said I moved out early on a month to month lease???? Charged me another month in additional to forfeiting my deposit. REFUSED to lower the amount if I took care of it ASAP. Owner denied request. What a nice person...NOT! STAY AWAY FROM THESE APTS! PLEASE!

I lived here for more than 6 months and absolutely loved it. The managerial staff were excellent and very caring and maintenance was very helpful and always got the job done correctly. The apartment was very clean and payment was always easy to make either in person, by phone, or via drop box on site. Never had any problems with the neighbors. Only downside was the parking. Sometimes I would come home late (around midnight) and try to park but was unable to find a parking spot so if you're a night owl and think you'll be coming back late try and plan to walk a good ways depending on where your apartment is.

I've living in Forrest hills for about a year now and it is amazing! The neighbors are all considerate and polite. The gym is amazing and it's right beside the pool! The pond has picnic tables and grills so it's pretty amazing! It's a decent price for everything that you get.
