Area is absolutely a dream. Staff are wonderful and understanding. Maintainable are very knowledgeable and thorough. Neighbors are such lovely folks. The neighborhood kids are an absolute joy. But the Actual unit I live in is terrible for the price. Comelpete trash from thw moment I moved in. I also hate paying almost a hundred bucks for the amenities fee with using zero of the amenities.

The grounds and staff are great. The apartment is ok. There is a constant mold smell that they have not remediated. Couldn’t run the central air because of the horrible mold odor coming from vents and covers our clothes when it runs

We have only lived here one week and are loving it! The dog parks are perfect and great for our puppy, we rarely hear our neighbors unless in the hallway, and the area is wonderful! Amenity fee is a bit higher than I’d like especially since the washer and dryers aren’t included, but other than that it is an amazing complex and community!

Moved here for a short term and it was a little pricy but so far application was easy to fill and everything went smoothly. Had some plumbing issues but they responded on time and the maintenance guy is very nice and polite.
So far so good. No need to hike rent every year because it’s already higher than similar apartments around here. Need a volleyball court. And also bike lane for kids around the community parking.
Love this place !! The staff is one of the best in the industry, always going above and beyond to make sure the apartments and the grounds are kept clean and safe. Maintenance is quick to respond, professional and always smiling. Great place to live !! The amenities are fantastic, from the dog parks, kids playgrounds to fitness centers always clean and ready to go.

I’ve lived here for years, great community, neighborhood, management and maintenance. Everyone is friendly and always ready with a smile and a wave. The Amenities like the pool are a great place to come together and enjoy time with neighbors and friends. The location is fabulous, so beautiful and quiet. There’s an indoor gym and outdoor workout area, several playgrounds and a fenced in dog park where they can run play and jump until they are worn out. Wildlife watching is abundant here too, It really is a great community.

Absolutely love this place. The staff is wonderful. A couple days ago as I was trying to get in my apartment, my door handle came off in my hand. Shawn from maintenance came right over and replaced the door handle and I was able to get into my home. Great service and always cheerful about it.

I have been at this apartment for 6 years. My apartment is old and needs upgrade. But I have to pay for an upgrade. No apartment should cost as much as a mortgage. The neighborhood is nice and pleasant.

Forge gate apartments is an Awsome community, the management is very helpful and super responsive. The kids play area is very good and they have fun time playing there.

Absolutely the best place to live. Management and property employees are always available. And really keep the property work areas as well as over all property clean and organized. I have been living in my own house for over 23 years and before that another house for 12 years . So this is my first apartment in over 35 years . And it is absolutely my best choice. 5 stars across the board. Looking forward to years to come.

Good community to stay arround, everything is close for shopping, many pharmacies are very close to this apartment, maintenance and staffs are cooperative. But the rent is too high.

Great place to live. Professional office staff to help answer any questions you have, fantastic maintenance staff. Quick to fix if anything is broken or not working right. The amenities are wonderful. The dog park is my favorite. Well maintained lawns. Absolutely love it here.

I have lived here for over 10 years and I feel safe and comfortable at forge gates. I love the new park and grills right outside my door step. I love the Amazon hub and our gym is so peaceful. The pool is a plus in the summer. This place is super quiet at night and I love to take my walks late and feel safe to do so at night.

Neighbors are nice. Definitely a dog complex. Atmosphere is friendly and peaceful. Location is very convenient. Seems pretty soundproof - can’t hear neighbors which is good.

Overall, it’s a fine community! I’m bummed I have not had the best experience because these apartments have potential! The maintenance loves to do quick fixes on everything, which only results in stuff breaking AGAIN!-rent is considerably high for this to happen so consistently. Also, be ready to pay at least $50 for water and $50 for sewer a month! I have asked about this multiple times, but have always been rudely told to “check my lease.” I fear they up charge on stuff, which stinks because again, these apartments have a lot of potential. I have renewed my lease once but I will not be doing so again.

Numerous times we have notified the property manager of the apartment smelling like mold. We believe it is coming from the evaporator coils of the central AC. They have yet to clean those coils. It has been months since my first notification of the odor. Now that summer is over, the odor has diminished, but what will happen next summer? I’m not confident they will service this unit. We rented an apartment with central air for a reason, and we pay a lot of money to live here. They installed the central AC, but failed to provide annual service. If not for this issue, I would give this place 5 stars for the nice and well-kept outdoor areas, friendly neighbors and staff, etc. Maintenance is excellent for every day minor issues, but this particular issue is a nightmare. Evap coils must be cleaned annually. This is a known fact. Renters beware.

I love it here, the staff is great and the amenities are an added bonus. The apartment complex is pet friendly and there are two dog parks that are very nice too!
