Property Ratings at Forest Creek Apartments
The property manager for the Forest Creek complex is awful. He was very confrontational with tenants. The property manager Roey was not supportive to anyone during the pandemic and went up on the rent during the pandemic. When asked who was his supervisor he would not share and told the maintenance staff not to share it. The were plenty of complaints about packages being stolen at the mailbox, unwanted visitors sleeping in the stairwell and female tenants not feeling safe. and he did not do anything about. There are unwanted neighborhood males who hang in the buildings at night smoking weed and this was reported to the manager and did not do anything. Please do not move into this building unless it's temporary .
These apartments stairwells are dirty and the grounds are not kept up. The majority of the tenants are african and they allow their children to run through the buildings throwing trash, making a lot of noise. They don't put their trash in the dumperst, they put the trash on the ground. Tenants park where they want in the fire Marshall spots causing others not to be able to carry items into the building. The apartment maintainance do not knowhow to fit anything. They go up in rent fifty to one hundred dollars and its not worth it. The laundry room is disgusting and the locks for all the buildings do not work.
Horrible apartments, there are more rats in the apartments, than humans. The landlord, doesn't care. There are leakage in every apt. N they have not done anything to fix it. Pls be aware. You don't want to live here. I can't believe they haven't been cited or fine by the city of Darby. I don't have to write this review, but I'm trying to save future tenant from this nightmare.
