It’s nice and quiet here. Lovely neighborhood and friendly people, and management is very responsive and friendly. I’ve been here over a year and I can’t think of any negatives.

This is a wonderful apartment house. I’ve been here nearly a year and it’s been a thoroughly positive experience. Very well-kept, very secure. Maintenance issues are low, and when they do crop up, they are always attended to quickly. Very friendly staff in the office.

And they were very quick to get back to me at all times, and the leasing experience went very smoothly. The apartment is extremely well-maintained in the building as well. Overall an excellent experience.
